Doubtful, it just seems like typical little kid stuff. They do some really weird stuff sometimes.

"Probably treasure." Flynt says before taking off after Terra. When he reaches her, his arms wrap themselves around her. "I know you meant well, but that was a really bad time for a joke. Things are just tenser than normal right now."

She tries to avoid looking at Flynt right now. When are things not tense with any of us. I'm tired, tired of all of this, tired of screwing things up, just plain tired.

She sits in silence for a bit, letting Flynt hold her.

I should probably apologize. its about the only thing I probably can get right anyway. and after that, I am going back to that temple, there is some stuff there I want to check out.

guess people are waiting for me?

Terra stood there, smiling at first hoping that it would be contagious. The smile soon vanished as the reprimands came.

Flynt spoke up for her, but she didn't quite hear it all, Terra turned and left the cave.

She headed down the path they came from for a short ways and stopped. she formed a seat of some rock and earth and had a seat. sitting and contemplating things.

wondering her place in the world, among her friends, her family, everything.

Maybe Gashka was right, maybe Anyka was too. She sat in silence, waiting for the others.

she looked like she was getting mad... so I did like I said I would do, put her in a hole. just not a very deep one so she does not take damage.

Terra was listening to the conversation and she was about to say something but then the talking went on, and she thought about saying something else, but the talking went on...

then Gashka looked a little angry about not being listened to, worried that Gashka is getting angry, Terra opens a pit to drop Gashka in it.

we better hurry, she may be in trouble. this spider seems to indicate she may have been captured. we best hurry.

Terra leads the way toward where Gashka's dot is on the map

Terra looks at the spider, well, I don't think Gashka killed this, I can still identify the remains.

Terra blushes a bit at Flynt's comment. Your right we should. she goes and grabs Tikkle, Come on fuz face, time to get your girlfriend. and she drags him along as well.

Terra will lead the way toward the dots on the map that says Gashka.

looking to Flynt, Yeah, I'm fine. just wondering what all this is about.

it takes a moment to sink in, but it eventually does, If Gashka went back to the boat, and Druuth is missing, and since that map seems to be some magic thingy, why is there a Gashka dot there, and the boat is over there. and why is Druuth's dot with Gashka's dot. and why are they dots on the map. and where is that place? and finally, why the heck do I sound like a inquisitive Halfling?

Terra was off playing in the dirt, trying t figure out what interesting powers she may have learned.

nothing really changed, everything feels the same, but this must have some meaning.

suddenly she stops. she plants her foot firmly on the ground. she senses that there are some missing.

turning to the group, where's gashka? and that other Orc, Dog, or something like that.

Laughing a bit at The Tikkle flinging, Terra still seems a little...lost.

Wait a sec guys. something just does not seem right. Tikkle, you got a map that led us here. I, personally wasn't super thrilled about coming here at first. yet this place was all about me. that has me worried. and Then there's Druuth there, and his crazy stories. I mean, what the hells is going on. something just does not seem right.

Terra paces trying to piece things together. where is the treasure? why would so many others want that map?

I don't know, maybe this is all there is, but it just seems a little too convenient, don't ya think? and besides What the heck is this temple anyway.

Terra starts to examine everything about this temple, I mean, who am I? What is this place, really?

Terra Smiles for brief second. well a brief second is all Tikkle gets the chance to see.

A pillar of rock erupts under him launching him across the room. Then with blinding speed Terra appears beside him, you should see the look on your face she says with a smirk.

Terra places the crystal to her forehead (before Gashka comes up and does it for her).

Looking up at Terra she nods, "You have my word. If you go crazy we'll totally kick your ass. Everything will be okay."

Terra looks at GAshka for a bit, you have any idea how screwed up that just sounded?

Carefully, Terra reaches out and takes the crystal. she pauses a bit unsure if she should proceed.

looking back to everyone else. The voice says to put this thing to me forehead. I'm a little scared. If this thing takes me over like the piper does, don't hold back. I'd rather you kill me than let me suffer through being possessed by him.

She waits to get some sort of approval from her friends before proceeding.

Terra examines the light closely. pointing to the small crystal inside, I think I need to get a hold of that.

Looking to her friends, If something bad happens, I can count on you guys to get me out of there right?

She quickly takes a survey of the area. Then she firmly plants both feet in on the ground and closes her eyes in concentration.

Soon she starts to form a stone stairway toward the floating crystal.

Terra is a little shocked that she didn't have to fight.

Well, that was easy. come on lets see what this is all about then. she says as she heads toward the temple entrance.

Terra was a bit dumbfounded for a bit, she has never really been the center of attention. She never felt so important before.

finally she steps before the guardians, feeling the support of her friends.

These people are with me. They shall be allowed to pass. she says with as much confidence she can muster.

Terra looks ready to fight at first, but when they treat her like some sort of royalty. she eases up, but still looks rather confused.

She first looks toward the Princess Gashka. whispering to her, Your a princess, what do I do?

Terra looks at all of her friends, If I didn't want you guys with me, I would have gone off already in search of this place.

Terra smiles at Flynt, glad he is up for the challenge.

anyway, so I get the new Occult Adventures book for Pathfinder and I started to look at the classes and stuff.

so I start with Kineticist

so at level 1 you pick an element (like: earth, air, fire, water) all good so far, though the first bit of Deja-vue starts to hit, I let it pass and read on.

ok so I get an element blast and as you level you get all sorts of interesting utility abilities with your element. even some advanced element stuff after level 7.

I decided to play around and make a water Kinetisist.

I start to feel like I am making a water bender. and I find an interesting Archetype, Blood Kineticist.

I say cool lets try that.

when all is said and done: I'm a dang Blood Bender

So I called myself Noatak

Terra turns to Gashka, I know when people lie. and like you said, he was telling the truth before. funny thing about the truth though, unless you know its not true, you will believe it to be the truth.

afster a pause to try and figure out if what she said made any sense to anyone, or to herself, anyway I was trying to figure out about this voice in my head, and suddenly, BAM, this temple vision popped in my head.

Terra's eyes pop open. what the hell? she seems confused, unsure what she saw.

she sits there quietly for a bit trying to make sense of the vision.

ahh hells, I don't understand any of this. she gets up and heads back to the group.

we need to move out, there is some sort of temple or shrine thing here. we gotta find it. we might find some answers there.

Terra walks about a bit, she avoid Gashka for now, Anyka is with her so she should be fine.

She eventually becomes frustrated at not understanding this voice, she takes a seat trying to figure out what to do.

at a total loss she decides to do something she never thought she had the patience to do, she closes her eyes and tries to empty her mind of all the outside distractions. she concentrates on the land , the earth under her.

feeling everything around her. much like she first started to learn her skills.

It was bad... so bad it was good... it makes B-movies look like Oscar winning performances.

Terra stops she tries to get her bearings. the voice again, where the heck is it coming from.

Terra looks in different directions hoping to see or even sense which way to go.

she glances at the Orc, wondering if the voice meant him? That wouldn't make any sense though.

soon Gashka walks off, Terra immediately tries to keep tabs on her and look out for danger. something seemed quite wrong here, and this is making Terra nervous.

not sure what (if anything) I should roll, just looking for some sort of sign as to what direction to go.

Terra let the "orcs" talk. she listened to what they had to say but she was also checking the creatures that were killed.

almost out of habit Terra tries to get a sense of this Orc, Druuth. feeling the vibrations through the ground. Listening to his breathing, his heartbeat, everything she can.

She tries to keep her abilities hidden, she acts as though she isn't even paying attention but sensing for possible danger.

Gashka... beware its Lavalantua!

Quick note to say where I have been...

spent the last two days moving my son to NYC in his new Dorm at college. been long hectic couple of days.

tomorrow I may need some rest I hope to get caught up more late tomorrow.

Terra smiles at Flynt, never felt better, feels good to throw a few boulders around, or mud creatures. Either way. Dry land is what I prefer.

Once everyone is together, Now, about this voice, It seems to be beckoning me inland. but I don't know why.

Terra tries to rip the mud creature apart by ripping the eath from its body.

don't know how this idea would work or not.

as the mud creature has a hold of Terra, she gives a smirk and attempts to open a tunnel through the mud creature.

attempts to use her tunneling ability to rip the mud creature apart. not sure if it will work but at least hopefully get her free of the grapple.

Terra thinks for a bit, mudlords? made of mud?, well that's half dirt.

she cracks her knuckles, I may have got this.

not sure how this will work out but I have an idea

Terra has a full ki pool so her attacks are considered magic, cold iron, and silver for DR

Terra stands between the pools and the group. she plants her feet on the ground, and she tries to tear the dirt from the water that makes the mudlord whole.

attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
damage: 4d8 + 5 ⇒ (5, 8, 3, 1) + 5 = 22
bullrush if a hit: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27

using boulder toss to damage the mudlord, not sure if there would be any bonuses for being part earth. basically using the earth that composes the mudlord as the boulder. (basically using the mechanics but the effect is ripping the mudlord apart. if that makes any sense.

If that will not work then just toss a boulder at the thing.

Terra looks at each of her friends, I feel fine, Look, I don't know what is going on here, but something here is calling me. I don't know why, but I think its strange considering I really don't understand where "here" is.

Terra has a confused look on her face, like she doesn't understand why others don't hear what she is hearing.

Terra tries to figure out a direction to go based on the voice she is hearing.

Terra sits up from her full earth dive. anyone else hear that?

she gets up and tries to locate where the voice is coming from.

Terra is very happy to be getting on land.

Once they reach shore Terra lays on the ground feeling the solid earth beneath her. for a second she seems to sink into the earth but she soon come back to the surface.

as she lays there she feels everything around her, sensing as much as she can of the group's immediate surroundings.

Terra made her way on deck. she had been spending most of the journey below decks. her main company has been Flynt.

Despite how often she said she was fine Flynt knew she wasn't. she seemed sick the whole way.

she kept saying I hate ship and the ocean.

Terra has been seasick most of the journey, she is finally getting her "sea-legs" when they arrived at the island.

[ooc]how close is the ship to the island? and can terra determine how deep the water is?

I feel like crap...some sort of stomach virus, must have been something I ate? will try and get something posted tonight...been feeling like crap last day or two with this.

Hello everyone..

been out of it (of sorts) with this game...

finally got to reading the stuff today.

but I have to admit, there has been little motivation on my end to contribute much.

I still have about 40 game posts to read through so not sure what to expect... probably a lot of talk that Terra really has nothing to contribute on...

as for posting I lost access to post from work as well as my phone and my tablet. I am on a shared laptop now.

I catch up as I can, but to be honest, I go to the games that I have the most contribution in first.

BTW did anyone notice my absence?
