@LazarX: Don't forget to add the cost of the special material involved, too. I think there was a mention of Elysium Bronze in there smewhere.

And don't forget the extra 2000 gp associated with the first time you enhance a Cold Iron or similar special material item.

When calculating the cost of enchanting cold iron does the 2k gp get added before or after you half the cost for doing it yourself? The rules are a bit fuzzy on that.

The Elven thinblade and lightblade were both introduced in an issue of Dragon Magazine. They were reprinted in the 3.5 book "Complete Warrior" which was not OGL. The larger thinblade cost 100gp was a 1-handed weapon that did d8 dmg with a rapiers crit range and weighed 3lbs. The smaller lightblade cost 50gp did d6 dmg and had the same crit range as its big brother while weighing the same as a dagger.
