For the past few weeks I have been trying to buy PDF's of the Age of Ashes Adventure path and The PF2e Gamemastery Guide but it always returns with "Request has produced an error". Is there anyway to fix this?

Can you please cancel this order? It is in the sidecart and was expected to ship to my next Starfinder RPG subscription shipment which is Alien Archives in october.

Access to the PDF is granted the moment your order has been processed for shipment. This could be anytime between now and the 18th.

So, if your order hasn't shipped yet, you won't have access to the PDF.

If you order has shipped (indication is an email titled "Paizo Order #4090450 Shipment"), or you have opted in for GenCon Pick-up, but don't have access to the PDF yet, some Customer Service Agent will have a look at things in a couple of hours.

Thanks for the info. I was slightly confused but thanks for clearing that up. Can't wait for my order to ship then!

I have read that if I get the subscription to the Starfinder Roleplaying Game I will get the PDF for the product. I started with the core rulebook but I have not seen the PDF in my downloads section. Is there a way to get the PDF?
