What I can tell you though is that Space Goblins seem like an all-around improvement on Pathfinder's Goblins. Less negatives, faster. Racial bonuses to skills are smaller, but more varied. They also have a special ability that I'm pretty sure will be really useful.
Somebody in another thread mentioned they only have 2 HP as a race. Which is true. I'm not sure how bad that is exactly, but I know Pathfinder Goblins didn't have a negative CON modifier.
It maybe looks like size-bonuses and penalties aren't a thing in Starfinder though? Maybe it's just not listed in the stat-block to keep it smaller, like all the other things not listed in stat-blocks now.
I've been squinting at the Legacy Race page shown at the Starfinder banquet and managed to roughly get what racial abilities dwarves and elves get
Dwarves I know have +2 Con, +2 Wis, -2 Cha for stats, then Darkvision, Slow and Steady, Stonecunning, Traditional Enemies, and Weapon Familiarity for racial traits. It's hard to read the exact details of each, but I'm fairly certain that it states Weapon Familiarity applies to Basic and Advanced Melee Weapons, then you also get Specialization with them upon reaching 3rd level.
Elves I can't quite make out their stats other than a -2 to Con, but I can make out that they get Elven Immunities, Elven Magic, Keen Senses, and Low-Light Vision. They seem to all do roughly what they did in Pathfinder (except for Elven Magic applying to Mysticism over spellcraft and Low-Light working differently)
Also Dwarves get 6 HP, Elves get 4 HP, and I can confirm that according to First Contact Goblins get 2 HP
