It seems I somehow ordered the Critical Hit Deck twice. This was not my intention. Is there a way that this can be fixed?

Also, I'm a little confused regarding Pathfinder. I want to make sure that I'm getting all the issues. I think, if I read it right, that I am getting issues 2 and 3 from credit from my old subscription, and I will start being charged each month starting with issue 4. Am I correct here?

On December 13, I ordered a 12-issue subscription to Dungeon as well as the limited edition sorcerer on black dragon. The magazines have started arriving, but I never recieved the mini. We were moving around the 1st of the new year, so we might have missed the delivery as we were between the two houses. Is there any way that this could be fixed?
