Uchurtai grins and takes his payout. With newfound skills and a bit more creds, Uchurtai returns to the life he knows and loves best. For any of the party who want to keep in touch with him, he can be found out in the Akitonian deserts, the wind on his tusks as he tears along the shobhad convoy routes on his newly upgraded and tricked-out enercycle. In time, perhaps, he will make the pilgrimage to the Pillar of the Sky, to climb to it's height and become a warchief of the shobhad, maybe even lead them in a great raid to cement their independence. But for now, Uchurtai is free and happy, doing what he loves best.
The warrior is beaten, bruised, and bloody, but honor is on the line. He swings his swoop hammer with vicious force, hoping to end this once and for all.

Quite a bit! So my best events are bucking, where you use a crosscut saw a bit like this either alone or with a partner to saw through a log. There’s also chopping, where you cut through a log with an axe, tree climbing where you’ve got boot spikes and a big rope kinda Mulan-style, and chainsaw events where you cut a log with a chainsaw as fast and precise as possible.
Uchurtai moves into the passageway to get up close and personal with Do'Trulu before taking a swing with his swoop hammer at the gangster.
I was doing some of both! Competing while sick ain’t fun….and the resulting exhaustion from all of it basically put me inna vegetative mood yesterday.
Sorry for the silence folks, been having a busy stretch followed by a cold and then competing in a lumberjack sports competition. I’ll get my action up tomorrow.
Uchurtai grits his teeth, powering through the damage that the foes are inflicting to him before taking a swing at Do'Trule.
As Do’Trulu swings, Uchurtai blocks it easily. He roars, ”Ah, so it’s death you’ve come seeking! I will send your soul to the Ancestor’s Hall, and when you get there, tell them I sent you!” His swing isn’t impressive, but it’s less pathetic than Do’Trulu’s.
Uchurtai brings his swoop hammer down on the prone brawler, laughing with the thrill of battle.
Thanks folks, it’s been tough but my family and I are getting through it. Our other cat has been thoroughly enjoying getting many extra pets and treats. We buried her in her favorite afternoon nap spot in our rose bed, alongside her favorite treats, a nice piece of salmon sashimi, and feathers and bird seed so she can hunt birds in Valhalla. All that said, I’m excited to get back into things!
Hey folks, had one of my cats pass very unexpectedly and unfortunately last night, I might be a few days before I’m feeling up to much.
A short pause sounds fine, holidays can be quite the hectic time.
Uchurtai leans out from cover and fires at one of the bandits down the hallway.
Uchurtai fires off a shot from his reaction cannon at the last gangoon. He roars with delight as his bullet slams into the ysoki, "Oh yeah! Get some, bastard!"
Uchurtai tries to fire off a shot at the ganger directly in front of him.

Uchurtai gives a triumphant shout, ”By mountain and sky! Well done, Locket.”
I’m finishing up my last few days of my summer job and getting packed and ready to make the long drive home to California. I might be able to get a post up in the next few days, but Tuesday or Wednesday is most likely.
Uchurtai steps forward and takes a swing, though his aim is way off.
Though his strike to disrupt the creature’s spell goes wide, his second attack hits home!
Uchurtai powers through the malevolent magic. He advances forwards, hammer ready to strike.
Caution be damned. Guns didn't seem to do much to this thing, but Uchurtai was pretty sure that his ghost-killing hammer would do the trick. He charges forward, roaring an old shobhad battle cry, "The Pillar of the Sky is my bones, the red earth is my blood, I am Akiton come!"
”Well, I don’t consider my bike larva, but I’ll be damned if I don’t see it in the same way my forebears saw their trusty bison lizards.”
Uchurtai stands, "Let's get moving."
Uchurtai reaches into his boot, ”Hmmm…” A few moments later he withdraws a plastic bag and opens it as he gives a toothy grin, ”Still there, good.” It’s a smoked meat stick. He offers it to anyone else who wants some, ”Some folks say you need a dagger in your boot. Me, I’m more partial to smoked meat.”
"I could chill for a minute." He smiles and gives the hammer a few more swings, "By the Mountain, this is a b*$chin' hammer! It'll go well on my enercycle, I bet."
Uchurtai nonetheless ducks as Senk asks him to, throwing off his balance just enough to get hit again, "Grrrr, you shadowy freak!" He swings his new hammer again, trying to smash the undead foe.
Uchurtai powers through the mental fog as he swings his new swoop hammer at the undead, ”You’re in for it now, you ghosty bastard!”
Dang I keep forgetting to move my token, don’t suppose I could’ve been with the rest of the party?
"Wait a minute..." Uchurtai studies his new hammer before the magical property clicks in his head. He gives a toothy grin, "Oh yeah. Let's crack some incorporeal skulls." With that he charges towards the figure that had attacked Zetara. As he does so, a ghostly cackling skull appears on the head of the hammer, bringing it home with brutal force.
”Bones of the Mountain! It’s ghosts!”
Uchurtai laughs, "Look at me. Whaddya think I am?" He gives a toothy grin before saying, "I kid. Mostly. Well, only a little." The shodhad gives a nonchalant shrug before hefting the hammer over his shoulder, ready to put it to real action.
Uchurtai grins as he grabs the hammer, "Absolutely rippin'." He gives it a few swings and nods, "Oh yeah, I like this one," he nods to the spear on his back and says to Gath, "Interested?"
Uchurtai chuckles, "Well, you had me with the back-alley races and tricks, but lost me with the corpos. I tell ya what, I mighta misjudged the sport. I'll cut you a deal. Once this is all over, I'll give zoomboardin' a try, and in return you give a go at a shobhad death-race."
Uchurtai settles down, taking a breather while jamming out to some shobhad heavy metal throat singing. Curious about Senk's zoomboard, he nods to the shirren, "So, that zoomy contraption there, how'd you make it?"
This robot was pissing Uchurtai off. With a roar and a mighty thrust, the shobhad jabs with all his might at his metal foe. "Take that, coward!"
Uchurtai does his damndest to stab at the robot with his spear.
