I had the same question come up quite recently, Since the description was not clear in defining a duration my GM went with how long command undead lasts since the description under bonethrall says as if the witch used command undead. So it would be great to hear a bit more clarity. Do mindless undead become permanently controlled meanwhile intelligent are too except they get there save every day? Or is it that all thralls last the 1day per level like command undead?
