Just to let everyone know, the problem is with me. I decided to drop as I was getting too confused and feeling like I was ready to just sit back and let my character be pointed at where he was needed and roll the dice. I greatly enjoyed the group and way the game is going. I do not know why I keep misunderstanding what everyone else was seeing but rather than just sit in the background decided not to cause problems for the group. I don't think anyone would have wanted me to stay and just roll dice.

What do we see. I figure we will head west and north and search counter-clockwise as I figure most of the house is behind the dining room but want to search as quickly and as much as possible. Already found one secret hall and there might be more that allows group to move without being seen.

Might be but I have had multiple adventures in PFS that was like that. One had a mission that person was told to break the thing and bring back inside but without Knowledge Engineering then the mission was a failure because had to take back unbroken thing. GM would not budge on it either.

Plus we are commoners, so any edge is a good thing since most are likely going to be looking down at us.

Why do we have 2 days? We have an overnight party I thought. Did I misread things? Not first time but making sure I understand our time. I thought we had time to get to party and through the night to find the vault and a change of clothes (to get out of party stuff) was ok since was overnight. I do same thing with home group as I have to ask to make sure I understand.

I am not sure about the time or how this will work. Tiny was unable to find anything about the house. He agrees with me that likely the owner made the workers disappear. We need to be ready if we have to speed things up. Just trying to find weaknesses that we can exploit to make things quicker and safer.

Thinking more about her telling us about the house and any unique things about it. I was thinking a gift might loosen her tongue better if knew about what she likes. There is bright and cheerful, romantic, tragic, and all sorts of poetry. This is the person with keys to everywhere is why I am worried about her being important. Others might have clues we need but she has the keys we need.

Found out about this in PFS when without right things then the person would not even talk to the characters. Guess I am thinking too much about past player experiences and trying to learn it is better safe than run into brick wall.

I am still wanting to do the poetry thing with Orsin. I am willing to spend some money to make sure we get as many bonuses as possible. Wish we had a guestlist. Hope it isn't 20 people we have to get through. Sounds like the mayor is big into debauchery so might be wild party. We know they like gossip, one likes drink, and majordomo likes poetry. Don't think we found out anything about anyone else.

Yes, I think I am going to take Tweaker that way. Since he is helping Tiny with high end clients might be best to cover his face. Don't know how this works. Be happy to do it. Never had a character wear a mask before. Hawkman from DC comics has a few different looks and the ones that doesn't cover his mouth seems good for this event. Others can be full face as long as not blocking vision or ears.

May I inquire into what would be a lovely mask for a lovely party? Something that would look a little foolish and not upset any nobles? Great to work for them when they pay but having to attend parties is hard. Tweaker doesn't know much about this but isn't going broke on the mask but do want to help party look presentable. He will look at a few and will spend between 25 and 75 gold on what looks like would be best for the party.

So, is there any idea on how large the Knot is? We were planning a couple of days of food to be sure. Also how do we get out without getting caught? I was lucky and Andrea had time to put a couple of invisibility spells on a scroll. Should we look at making sure we have enough of those to sneak out? I doubt the mayor would be happy catching us as we leave.

Tweaker wants a nice mask. Not sure if should go ivory or metal of what would be best. Figure a mask that leaves mouth and the chin in the open but covers rest of face.

I will chip in for a nice carriage since we have to make good appearance.

Tweaker will see what Tiny things about the invitation and if there are any pointers he would have. He states he hopes he can avoid most of the food and for sure the drink. Tweaker doubts there is anywhere to get a couple of floorplans but will ask Tiny if he thinks it is possible since the mayor was a caster is who supervised the construction. Those types seem to hold onto their secrets tightly.

Tweaker asks Orsin if will help him as will try to visit some of the classier poetry shops and try to find out what the majordomo likes. Such as a particular style or artist. He is thinking a small gift might work wonders at getting her to share information.

Orsin, I am good at trying to figure puzzles out but not people. Do you think that it would be a good cover since is an overnight event to say to the shopkeeps that we are trying to make sure we have a nice night since hearing the mayor is a bachelor so the majordomo is who we want to play nice to?

That might work as they may hire extras for parties. I don't know anything about that though. So we know they like gossip, one likes her drinks and hope she is easily spotted, and the majordomo like poetry. Unless I have to then would like to leave the charming of people to others. Not exactly great at this and just a boring for the most part. Hope I am not placed someplace special.

All I could find out about the majordomo is her name is Crosael Simiin Rasdovan hope I spelled it right and she likes poetry. Was hoping for something a little more dubious to use but does anyone know anything about poetry?

Tweaker is actually looking at getting a couple of decent masks. Not sure about material or what can be done with them if ever able to enchant but want them to be nice to be able to do that with them.

I doubt that since it was done by the first mayor and is a different plane. Figure he didn't need help with making it secure. Wonder if the new mayor has done anything that might give a clue. He has parties so might have certain places off limits.

Tweaker will see if he can get any information about the Majordomo of the mayor's. Will spend some money to get good information if it will help him. He does ask Tiny if he knows any information brokers who deal with that crowd. He is trying to find out if s/he likes anything that might help us out.

I saw gossip helps for some and getting another drunk helps so trying to find her weak point

Yes, I keep thinking I could do a craft of some sort to help Tweaker but can't think of anything he would be interested in making. Shops or friends will be where he equips himself and just have to hope makes some money off his craft.

Orsin, will you let group know you have the handy haversack? I don't have the money for one right now but if you do then would ask if you could carry Tweaker's bow and quiver. Would put inside something to make sure nothing sharp if needed.

Ok, I have some thinking to do about what else I might want during the day. Is there anything that could be done to a mask to improve anything? Almost thinking masks might become something Tweaker does.

Tweaker thanks the people he talks with during his research. Tells them sounds like the manor sounds very secure for the vault but wonders if rest of mansion could use some improvements.

Tweaker shivers when he feels the hand and hears the voice. Samantha creeps him out because she always able to find him and sneak up on him. He doesn't know what she wants. This is scary. How did she know I was in the play?

Tweaker will tell everyone he learned that the current mayor is the third resident of the the house since the House of Thrune came in power. The first mayor after Aroden died was priest of Asmodeus by the name of Anvengen Doskivari, who took up residence in 4640 AR. It is rumored he created a demiplane, knows as Asmodean's Knot, somewhere in the house. The second mayor was Dargentu Vheed. It is rumored that the mayors have used the the Asmodeuas Knot as a vault but its protected by monsters and traps. of course, this is all rumor as nobody has actually since it.

I had a visit from an acquaintance that told me that to be careful of how they finicky they are but to remember they deal in gossip. Anyone got gossip or any idea what nobles would show up? Only thing I know of really is that the fat lady wants the young lady killed from the play.

Tweaker asks the shopkeep about a potion of invisibility and if might have any suggestions for avoiding notice. He tells that he is trying to avoid this girl who always seems to find him. Now that I think about it, wonder if Samantha finally found someone to keep her occupied?

Diplomacy: 1d20 ⇒ 20

Know:Local: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
Linguistics: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16

Tweaker leaves and goes to find his invisibility potion. He then goes and finds Tiny. He gives him another 100 gold towards his own workmans tools. He talks about how his group were beat up hard and he did not really do much more than bounce around the stage.

Andrea, if you have masterwork chain shirt then you just get it enchanted. You don't need to pay for a new masterwork chain shirt to get it enchanted.

A scroll of Haste that Orsin can cast on you? Only thing I can think of that I need to pick up is some acid and fire flasks in case meet any swarms. Trying now to save up for second magic weapon and Handy Haversack.

Ok, will add 1000 in gems and and then potion of invis, wand cost, and scrolls adds up to 675 so 325 left in gold to add. Going to spend another 100 on the cost of my craftsman tools.

Either one is fine. Is it like a minute per level so level 4 would get me 4 minutes where 3 would be 3 minutes? I am not sure if need longer than minimum. Let me know how long you have as I might just pay for 3 of them just to have backup for the group if we need it. That would be 150 for the wand and 225 for scrolls if you have the time of what I spent.
