"Uhh... what am I lookin at?" Tug touches his amulet and murmurs a quick spell.

Tug glances back to make sure the others are ready, then opens the door.

Tug takes a quick look at the blocked off staircase. He nods his head in the direction of the door, and speaks as quietly as he can... "We'll make a racket if we even try ta see if we can get through here. Let's see whats waitin for us on the other side of that door first."

After the zombies are put down, Tug mumbles a short prayer. He then readies his dorn-dergar.
"How we holdin up? Continue south? I'll lead... just tell when ta stop."

"Probably best ta put these things to rest." Tug grips the hand axe, and murmurs a spell. The axe glows briefly, he kicks open the first lid and hurls it at the zombie inside. A few seconds later it returns to his hand.

"Well then. I'll just hold onto this axe. See how balanced it is fer throwin." He looks down at the zombie in the hole. "Wonder if these were part of the planned invasion... really should put them down, no?"

"Well, what we have here is a magic sword. It'll give ya a little edge in a fight if you know howta use it. If not, yer just holdin it for the next person t'pick a fight with ya. Got a quality axe and silver dagger too. I don't have much use for any of em."
You start to see an acceleration in the deterioration of Tug's recent grooming as he continues to wipe the sweat from his forehead with anything that can reach it.. usually his beard.

"Well loookie here." Tug bends down and takes the blade from the goblin. "Night night gobbie. You rest now." He then finishes the mutated goblin before inspecting the weapon

Tug takes another couple quick steps, uses the flash of insight from Etohya, and without over thinking... throws his grandpappy's signature move... "the mindspin mountain change-up"

Tug nods and smiles slightly... quite pleased to hear Jonas's suggestion. "Aye." He regains his focus and follows Jonas.

"Eh... sooo next one. My money is on another freaky skeleton. What d'ya think? Big feet? Four knees?" Tug moves to the last door and opens it.

"Sorry to disturb you." Tug moves to the middle door. "Whelp. Door number two..." ... and he opens the door.

"Somebody knew this was down here. May have a secret order or some such. No point in sittin here speculatin. Let's see what we have here. Door number one!"
Tug moves to the left door and tries to open it.

After determining the lack of hostiles, Tug looks at the doors and scratches his head. "Eh... uhh. More doors... well maybe whatever we're facing down here is vulnerable to drafts! Ha ... you know .. all the shut doors and ... uh ehh. Lets take a second."
He starts rummaging through his satchel, retrieves and bites off a hunk of twice-baked spicebread. He then holds it in his mouth while pulling up his pants, and then starts tightening his belt. He pulls the spicebread from his mouth .. "All this dorn-dergar swinging... bout to lose me pants." takes another bite then stows it.

Tug turns from his battle stance back to the group and nods. "Aye. I'm with ya on that." Tug shuts the east door, and moves instead to the south door. He opens it - ready for action again.

"Welly well well well. What have we here?" Tug strolls around, and tries to determine how long the torture room has been out of use. (particularly taking note of condition of the leather straps)

After looking around, Tug moves to the east door. He glances to the others, then opens it and quickly shifts to his battle stance and war face.

Tug walks about the room, looking around... 'What was this place? Who built it?' "Well... shall we continue?" He moves to the east exit - eager to leave this room of forsaken dead. "You kids still have some fight in ya?"

Tug looks around for something to wipe the gore from his weapon. He eventually settles for removing what he can with the toe of his boot. "Ech... Everyone alright? Let's see what's in this here room..." Tug enters the room from which the beasts came.

Etohya's touch snaps Tug out of the little shame spiral in his head. 'I am a Milkbeard! Magrim still blesses me with divine grace... well maybe not grace...Gah! Just hit it!" He swings again at the nearest foe, choked up on the chain of the dorn-dergar.

"Ach! We need to put em down fast, and squish thar heads!" Tug swings with all his might, and whispers a quiet prayer to Magrim as he swings wide.

Tug pulls in the slack of his chain, and attempts to bring the iron ball down on the beast's head - but clumsily pinches his finger in the chain, and misses badly.

Tug murmurs a few words then takes a hand from his chain to gesture and touch Jonas. "Step back a bit, boy, so only one can hit ya." and then steps back himself.

Whatever beginning of a plan Tug had, has now vanished ... he backpedals "Ahh! Which doorway?!" Unsure of where to place himself in his panic, Tug steps back a few feet - ready to strike the first creature to step in front of him.
"I'll hold 'em a few seconds. Post up!"

Tug looks at Jonas and nods "Yep lets go .. that way" and shoots a finger toward the opposite door.

Tug peers around the corner, down the hallway. He whispers over his shoulder "Looks like this might lead to another area. Let's go straight from here, and come back to it."

this is assuming I don't see anything down the hall.

Tug nods ... and continues around the next corner chewing on his bottom lip. 'ready ... oh so ready.'
Each step he takes he thinks about the perfect swing for what is certainly lurking around the next corner.

Tug whispers over his shoulder.. "Turns left... unless it's an 'S' curve, should be a small room." Tug creeps around the corner.

"Looks like whoever dug this tunnel, ran into an older chamber. Watch your step, they've left a mess." Tug looks around for some way of determining how much traffic comes through here... "Door here. Whatcha think?"

"Ehh. Another corridor. I suggest for now, we either make all right or all left turns. Helps to keep from getting lost. Sooo ... let's do right."
Once the others move in behind him, Tug creeps down the corridor on the right - keeping an eye out for signs of hazardous passage and potential foes.

Tug nods and moves to the next opening. no point in sneakin ... if anythings in here, they heard us... He hops into a fighting pose when he reaches the doorway.

Tug looks at Jonas and raises an eyebrow. "You sure you weren't just mad from whiffing so much?" Tug gets his answer from Jonas's expression .. "Hmm. Well keep away from its jaws ... sounds like a good plan. Let's keep movin."
Tug returns to the main corridor, ready to continue. 'Berserk on each other? The stain on my old family name still haunts me... oh gods... There is nothing of that butcher in me.'

Tug talks to the knocked out aberration while he scans the room. "You down here all alone, Sweetheart?. " He takes a few steps, and peeks around to the back.
"Guess yer birdie not so fond of fightin underground beasties?" He looks to Etohya and Jonas "Either of ya know what kinda thing our sleeping beauty here is?
