Once things calm down a bit, Touchy manages to corner Nigel looking to see if he might be willing to help out the Sovereign Court.

Eventually, the man agrees, though probably more to get out of the uncomfortable situation, than any real desire to be helpful.

He clambers up onto the nearby crate, for a better view.

"You already said that." Touchy interjects. "Perhaps you should see what he wants?"

Whip in hand, he shuffles to his right a bit, and lashes out at the flying creature that has not yet been injured, channeling just a little of his goddesses power along with it.

Single attack vs Green (unsure if it has cover), conducting a Dazing Touch along with it.
The daze is automatic if it hits and it has 6 or less HD.

Whip, heroism: 1d20 + 9 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 9 + 2 + 2 = 33, for 1d3 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 1 + 2 = 6 damage plus Dazed for 1 round.
confirm?: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (1) + 13 = 14, for an additional 1d3 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6 damage.

Across the room, the spiritual dagger continues to harass the strange man who seems to be responsible for all the trouble.

Touchy steps up behind Faliana, though whether to put her between him and the strange winged creatures above, or just because he liked being behind her, is unclear.

"Clearly the calming influences of Lord Touchy are in order!" He calls, with a cheerful grin.

"Or at least the vengeful influences of the Lady in the Room." He adds, his eyes suddenly going cold.

He utters a prayer to his goddess, and a wickedly curved dagger appears behind the strange human, made of little but yellowish light.

Spiritual Weapon: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23, for 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9 force damage.

Am currently standing inside Ilathor's circle of protection from chaos, if it matters.

Touchy will take a moment, to fill in that empty 2nd level spell slot, but is otherwise, ready to continue on.

How is everyone's health? Touchy can't spontaneously convert heals, so can just use the ones he's memorized. And the wand, of course.

"I'm having flashbacks again." Touchy says, at the site of the chaos in the museum. "I think it was my hundred and eleventh birthday... maybe the twelth?"

He shakes his head, with an uncertain grin. "Definitely don't look in the supply closet... learned that one the hard way."

When Nigel pops up, the seedy-looking dwarf moves right up too him, putting one arm around him, the hand massaging the curator's shoulder.

"Lord Touchy is here." He says, perhaps intended to be comforting, but more likely causing the exact opposite reaction, if only by the forced familiarity. "What seems to be the problem?"

Ah... lust!

I've actually seen spellbooks pop up a couple of times I think... though never when I'm playing a character it would be useful for =) so congrats!

When the strange creature finally disappears under the hail of caustic fluids, Touchy snorts slightly, then plops down on the table he was standing on, legs dangling over the sides.

"Not you typical day at the office." He says with a grin.

"Why did you bring that thing here?" He turns his eyes on Maren, and though he's still grinning slightly, it is not amusement in his eyes. "Did you at least learn something useful, while you were gabbing?"

"Lord Touchy has learned you have to at least get a name and address." He grins again, waggling his bushy eyebrows. "And really, who needs a name?"

Touchy grabs another vial, and lobs it with the same two handed underhanded throw.

Ranged Touch: 1d20 + 7 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (15) + 7 + 2 - 2 = 22, for 1d6 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 + 2 = 7 acid damage.

Glorne, you should have 2 damage for inspire courage, and 2 for Faliana's Seance boon, on top of any other bonuses you get like PBS and the like

ya, average would be *much* higher than 28.

If Touchy tossed 4, and Faliana tossed 4.
Touchy's average damage would be 30.
Faliana's average damage would be 38.

So average would be closer to 68 I believe..

"Eh? Drop goo on it from above." Touchy exclaims, as Son of Cayden hands him the acid. "Reminds me of many a worship service! Ha ha!"

He clambers up on the nearby table, for a better view, then happily, tosses the vial into the hole, aiming for the strange creature within. His throw is an odd, two handed, underhanded affair, that starts between hi legs before he lobs it up and forward.

Ranged Touch, range increment: 1d20 + 7 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 7 - 2 + 2 = 18.

Starting over towards Glorne for healing purposes next (only have a 20' move!). Unless you want me to keep tossing acid?)

That would just give you splash damage, of 1 point per flask though.
No way to avoid having to actually make the touch attack roll =)

My best option was that curse... but it nat-20'd the save, so not much I can do about that. (There were alot of 20's by the GM in that first round.)

Touchy can't do anything really, beyond using what heals he has memorized... (just couldn't get to Glorne before... but can now that it fell in the pit!)

It is a treelike thing, so hopefully it has a crappy movement... so even if it makes a climb here or there, it won't get high enough to get out at a quarter movement.

'Course, we can't do much to it in the pit either.

that's not quite how it works, SoC. It can choose to conduct a normal grapple, and keep attacking on the initial round... though if an early grabs hit, and it holds on, all the rest of the attacks that round are at -2, which would have had one more tentacle miss on Faliana.

GM: I assume Glaina and Galina are supposed to be the same person, and both are actually Faliana? =)

"Hey, what'd I say about safe words." He growls, quickly waving one hand.

As an immediate action, when Faliana gets grappled, Touchy will cast Liberating Command, giving her a +12 bonus on an escape artist check to get free. Probably won't help, but can't hurt!

Touchy will saunter up behind Faliana, saying a prayer to Calistria as he goes, and give her an encouraging slap on the behind... at least it might have been a slap... more like a slow glide.

Which heal I cast here depends on Faliana's damage... it looks like it should just be 14 (as two of those tentacles should have missed) ... but its at 25, which none of my math can get to. /shrug
Cure Moderate/Serious Wounds: 3d8 + 6 ⇒ (5, 7, 4) + 6 = 22 (+18 if moderate, +22 if serious)

"Maybe something pointier... or sharper?" He suggests, with a waggle of his bushy gray eyebrows.

"Lord Touchy can appreciate a few tentacles as much as the next fellow... but we haven't even decided on safe words yet!" Touchy reminds the thing, with a grin.

"I think that deserves some punishment." Though his grin remains, his eyes seem to be reflecting something far darker. You're not sure if Touchy's idea of punishment is the same as a normal persons.

He says a prayer to Calistria, as he rubs a smooth metallic rod in his hands, before reaching out towards the strange aberration.

Casting Bestow Curse, with reach. Attemping to force it to have only a 50% chance of acting each round. DC 20 willpower negates.

CL check to beat SR: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20 (if needed)

He then takes a step back, beside Faliana.

Touchy, his clothes thankfully back on, looks on with the others.

"Binding, you say? Why Lord Touchy has extensive experience in such things!" Touchy exclaims. He starts digging through his pack, excitedly. "Why I have some silk rope, and manacles right here. Properly padded to avoid chaffing, of course..."

He stops suddenly, frowning at the strange tentacled beast in the protective circle.

"Though that might prove an interesting addition."

He glances back at the others, then sighs. "Though I suppose it all might have to wait until later."

"That it there?" He asks, no one in particular, pointing towards the sphere floating over the desk.

"Well then, guess its time to get reverential!" Touchy exclaims with a pleased grin.

Suddenly he starts taking off his clothes, and surprisingly quickly, he's standing there butt naked, but for his holy symbol.

It is not a pretty sight.

He kneels down in one corner, praying for a while.

OK, will fill said empty spot with a dispel! And give it a go!

Eventually, he stands back up, shakes himself a bit to get the kinks out (which you can't quite unsee), then turns to look at the orb. He doesn't bother to put his clothes back on yet.

"Now you see how Lord Touchy handles big balls." He mutters, before making a few gestures (mostly with his hands) and saying another prayer to Calistria.

Dispel, CL check: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22

Hmm.. not terrible, I suppose.

As the swarming constructs finally stop moving about, Touchy finally picks up the metal bar, eyeing it for a moment, before putting it back in the bag.

note: clerics are not proficient in flails.

"It bends in the right places." He observes, "But could use better grips, for when things get slippery."

He grins, then puts it back in the bag it was in.

"The big ball over there has magical wards on it." He offers, as he wanders over to examine it more closely. "I might be able to dispel it, but would need about ten minutes."

He glances back, and grins again. "Things this size, you gotta go slow."

Although I don't have dispel memorized, I do have an unused 3rd level spell slot, so could have it.... Is there any way to determine how strong a spell it is to dispel?

I think I traded that feature out... hmm... now I'm second guessing my assumption... back in a sec.

There's also a +2 to hit and damage from Zarta that he's been missing.

Though none of that will help when Glorne doesn't actually add the 1d20 into his roll.... that's kind of a big part of the attack. =)
This is *TWICE* he's not added in the 1d20 to the roll.

"They certainly seem determined." Touchy says, with a slight smile, appreciating their determination, if not their actual efforts.

"If you wanted me to swing around something hard, you just had to ask." He says cheerfully, taking a wide berth around the swarm, towards the far side of Zarta, where the others seem to be indicating.

Double move to get anywhere, pretty sure. Would help if someone actually marked where it was. Not sure where to move myself to.
Not that it matters. I am neither proficient, nor will do enough damage to make it relevant. =)

Also, don't think the vines are cleared where I need to go...

Just as an aside... but the swarm does provoke as it moves around. So those with weapons should be getting attacks of opportunity in here, just for it moving around, if you were not in it to start with.

Feh. Nothing about that archetype fit the character!
And the domain thing was a real issue. Callistria was kind of important... and really liked the RP feel of Lust and Curse as his domains.
And who wants heavy armor proficiency (takes way too long to take your clothes off!)
There were surprisingly few options for switching out channeling.
If creating him today, I'd probably go with the Divine Scourge archetype, if any.

I put the colored borders on the swarms, they were hard to spot. I believe Yellow = swarm 1, Green = swarm 2, Red = swarm 3

But the damage seems very confusing.

Round 1
(nothing)

Round 2
SoC did 15/2-5 = 2 piercing damage to S2
Glorne did 15 cold to S2
Faliana did 14/2-5 = 2 piercing damage to S2

S1 = 0, S2 = 19, S3 = 0 (unsure where the 7 damage listed on S3 came from, it wasn't even in the fight yet. dropped it)

Round 3
SoC did 15/2-5 = 2 piercing damage to S2
Ilathor did 9*1.5 = 13 fire damage to S3 (he forgot to add the bard/seance buffs (included here))
Touchy did 8*1.5 = 12 fire damage to S3

S1 = 0, S2 = 21, S3 = 25

Round 4 (current)
S3 burns for 9 more fire damage (Touchy's)
S3 burns for 1d6*1.5 more fire damage (Ilathor's) (this hasn't been rolled, average is 5))
Glorne did 21 cold damage (note: Kinetic blasts do not usually get the +50% bonus vs swarms, so didn't include that))
Faliana did 18-5=13 blunt damage to S2
Touchy did 15 fire damage to S2

S1 = 0, S2 = 49, S3 = 55 (the plus is the unrolled burn from Ilathor)
S3 might be dead now.

Round 5 (next round)
S2 will burn for 9 more fire damage (touchy's)
(S2 might be dead then)

This all assumes typical junk golem hit points.. These ones could be different.

And did I mention Touchy is a negative energy cleric? 'Healing Properly' is relative. =)

GM please see my post in the discussion thread re: damage. It looks a fair bit off here

Touchy grins lasciviously. "Oh, don't be thinkin' Lord Touchy hasn't handled a ball or two in his day lass. And not just my own!"

Still, he turns and moves back towards the others, but at the usual dwarven plod. He doesn't pay the vines and plants much head... he's had far worse on a Friday night in a drink.

As he moves, he pulls out another flask, and hurls it... this time at the second swarm of tiny constructs, hoping between to set them all alight.

single move, to avoid range penalties, then toss the alchemist fire, thinking swarm 2, as swarm 3 should be gone now... but again, see discussion post.

Ranged Touch vs swarm 2: 1d20 + 7 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 7 + 2 + 1 = 19, for 1d6 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 + 2 = 10*1.5 = 15 fire damage.

plus Burn (if hit): 1d6 ⇒ 6*1.5 = 9 fire damage next turn

"Only had the two of those." He adds. "The only heat I have now is all natural."

Faliana, the longspear is a x3 weapon. You were one die short... though it appears like you didn't confirm, so probably a moot point.

"I've said it before... I'll say it again..." Touchy says, wincing slightly as the swarm of junk tears into him.

"We might need to play with the balls."

He points back towards where the glowing sphere was, though it is now obscured by the magical web.

Unfortunately, Touchy's disable skill is pretty basic.

He moves past the golem, skirting along the left side of the webs, trying to stay out of sight of the other. As he goes, he pulls out a flask and, following Ilathor's lead, lobs it at the nearby swarm hounding him.

ranged touch: 1d20 + 7 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 7 + 2 + 1 = 30, for 1d6 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 + 2 = 8 fire damage.

confirm?: 1d20 + 7 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 7 + 2 + 1 = 20, for an additional 1d6 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 + 2 = 5 fire damage.

+50% vs swarm

If he can splash the other, he will try, though no way to know when they're not the proper size on the map.

On the next round, it will take an additional 1d6 ⇒ 6 damage (+50%).

Yes, we need to know the actual squares these things are in. The little tokens are not working for that.

Oh, I totally missed that that golem turned into a swarm! I would have totally moved 5' more, to the left of Faliana, and tried to trip the other one instead!

Glorne, bless only affects attack rolls (from whatever source) and saves vs fear effects (again, source not mattering)

swarms are only immune to damage if they're individually size diminutive or smaller.

If they are tiny, or larger (like rat swarms, or junk golems in swarm form), they take half damage from piercing/slashing weapons (unsure on blunt weapons).

Oh! Touchy eyeballs the ball, with more experience than is proper... (you can never have too many balls!)

The dwarf brushes past Zarta, perhaps a little too closely, leering at her as he goes by. With a practiced motion, he pulls his whip off his hip, and winks at Ilathor, before lashing it at the strange golem in front of Faliana, trying to knock it over, and check her out, at the same time.

Aye, you can carry one continual flame through from scenario to scenario.

Sorry for the delay... am here now.

It is very unusual for the greying, potbellied, dwarf named Touchy to go unnoticed for very long, mostly due to an incessant need to get up into people's personal space, and to talk... alot....

Still, somehow, this time he's managed to accompany you in a reasonably introspective mood... at least for him.

Of course, as you go through the gate, he starts to take notice of his surroundings, and fellow Pathfinders finally, and a huge lascivious grin works its way onto his face.

"Reminds me of the end result of my last worship service." He offers, as he stares at the slimy green substances covering all the surfaces, and the yellowish protoplasm-filled sphere.

"Not to worry, Lord Touchy is never one to shirk from a messy encounter."

"Or to cause one, if that's your need." He adds, with a grin.

He calls upon Calistria to assist in just such endeavors, sending a blessing through the assembled Pathfinders.

Will cast bless. Affecting everyone.
