"perhaps we swing by the market to grab some supplies?" Tiasis suggests "I have some coin set aside for situations like these"

"I'm more inclined towards the night, but I will follow your lead"

"you have been plenty of help. I'm not a man who uses weapons but when I have some more coin I'll definitely come back to look for some better armor. Tiasis replies to Xenos. Turning to his group he asks "well, do we go to his house are go to the oracle of Zeus first?"

"what did your slave do that required such treatment? Seems rather odd to beat another's slave" Tiasis inquires, trying to get a feel for Carno's character

"Do you happen to recall who you sold it too? We are in need of information to locate the person who bought this. They have stolen from one man and cheated another group by selling this sword as a substitute for an enchanted blade." Tiasis enquires

Tiasis looks around, mostly to buy time as he seems mostly uninterested in the wares being sold

"Good find Leonidas, looks like we've found our smithy" Tiasis says clapping Leonidas on the back as he walks towards the building

"this is starting to feel like chasing the wind" Tiasis grumbles as he prepares to leave

Looking at his companions Tiasis says "sounds like we should visit this Smith and the oracle of Zeus. This Sword gave us more leads than I thought it would."

Tiasis, standing to the side while Leonidas was praying, mutters "I knew those orcs couldn't be trusted, I bet that paper work is gonna come back to bite us too"

"looks like a decent bridge, not terrible to run on" Tiasis says giving the bridge a quick once over, not really paying too much attention to it

Tiasis exams the sword curiously, however not knowing much about swords he doesn't see the same thing as Leonidas and finds it to be rather ordinary

"have you guys tried to find the thief yourselves, if the sword isn't what you bargained for anyways?" Tiasis asks, feeling kind of skeptical of the whole situation

"so just to make sure I'm on the same page, if we get the thief and get your money back, we can get the sword back?" Tiasis asks with an eyebrow raised

Can it be an untrained roll?

"not feeling super welcome anyways" Tiasis says under his breath as he follows along

Tiasis greets then with a half bow "Hello, I am Tiasis of the Autolycus family."

Tiasis nods in response and keeps an eye on his surroundings

Tiasis waits for the other 2 to enter and takes the rear

Tiasis looks bored, however the look in his eyes says he's ready if someone or something comes rushing out

I'll be gone for a few days starting tomorrow for camping. I will be back on Sunday night

"looks like we got ourselves a little group, shall we be off then?"

"Let's not keep our Orc friends waiting, let's go." Tiasis says as he stands, then he turns to the old man "Looks like you've got yourself some help, where can we find you once we get your sword back?"

Tiasis ponders for a moment, then says "that's not super descriptive, but if you're paying, I am searching. Any idea where the orcs are keeping your sword?

"Say we do go fetch your treasured sword, where are the orcs who took it? And how did they manage to get it in the first place? Tiasis ask skeptically, putting a sarcastic emphasis on the word treasured

"quite the heirloom to have stolen, sounds like you should protect it better" Tiasis says, then he scrutinizes Asterios and asks "If we help fetch this sword, what is in it for us?"

"I've seen nought but the training field and sparring arenas and only the sea from its shoresc Tiasis responds. "And yourself lady Castisa? Surely pirates must plague your merchant routes" He asks curiously, a longing for adventure evident in his eyes.

"Ah but to be so noble, alas no, I run from man to man delivering messages for those inclined to pay. I am under the employ of those that saved my life. As to make myself useful I took up the Proffesion of my God. He says as he bows his head slightly in humility.

Looking around the room, he sees Castisa acknowledge him and then Leonidas join her. Not really knowing anyone else but recognizing there faces from running around the city he decides to join them. "This seat taken?" he says as he sits down "I hear you about the training, I feel it too" he replies to Leonidas with a chuckle "I am Tiasis, Tiasis Nothos. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance." he finishes his spiel while looking at both Leonidas and Castisa

Is nineteen joining us or is it just us three now?

Tiasis wakes up in the morning and starts off his day by splashing some cold water in his face and getting dressed. After he's dressed, he does some stretching and warm ups before going for a run around the city to keep in shape. After his run it's time for breakfast. He makes himself a quick bite to eat, usually some sort of bread or teganites with honey and dates with grape juice. After breakfast it was psionic/combat practice to make sure he's always prepared, in his line of work you never know when something could happen. After training it was time to head off to the Autolycus family wherever they are located, I couldn't find it in the wiki to preform his daily duties and any additional jobs he could pick up to make some coin.

It's the soulbolt that didn't respond, I think it's a crossbow version of soulblade? But I didn't read into it to much

So, is there any consensus on what's happening?

I get a 10ft throw I would have to re do my build to make it even slightly mediocre unless a whole lot of 3rd party Feats and archetypes are allowed

I think right now we have a skills/possible spell caster?(cryptic) a healer (vitalist) and 2 close combat (Psychic warrior and sould blade)

I can make a new character that is ranged or caster if necessary, I like Tiasis but I'm adaptable

So if fairywithboots doesn't end up responding does that mean we are short a long range dealer? I've only got the option to throw my weapon 10ft so I'm not cut out for it at all

Well I didn't roll anything but if you need more Backstory than what I have written in my character info I can roll to try and add some more

Personally I only used the ultimate campaign for the trait, the rest of my backstkry I created myself using pieces of the world and a trait from the wiki

Hi all!

I typically go by Degnax online however for this campaign I will be playing Tiasis Nothos the orphan adopted for his skills longing for adventure! Between this and the campaign I started yesterday, I am very new to pbp so please bear with me if I make any mistakes. I do, however, have 15 years of experience role-playing, almost all of it being pathfinder or 3.5. This is kind of my come back after a playing hiatus for the last 2-3 years so I am looking forward to this campaign with you all!
