The other store you are thinking of is Tramp's. Its just around the corner from the downtown comic readers. It has a better selection of RPG books and board games, but the prices are higher.
I am not currently in a gaming group, but I am also located in Regina and am looking to start playing again. If you want we could try to start a group?
