Ah, thats good to hear then.

"yeah, the turnaround time is long, but if you have the patience for it, it can be very rewarding to be patient."

Well, they say if you haven't been contacted in three months to pester them, so after 5 months or so I deemed them worthy of pestering ;)

I sent in a few queries some 4-5 months ago, waited the alotted 3 months, sent forth a couple more mails to question as to the results, and as of today I've still yet to get even basic acknowledgement.

I'm beginning to wonder if my mail is getting through at all and if its not ending up in someone's junkmail folder or some such. Anyone know if Dragon has any problem with accepting Hotmail.com?

Thanks, though I have some examples to look over on some of the MM IV previews over on Wizards. I'm just having a problem finding all the bits and pieces, such as Weaknesses only appears in some, other parts in others...

Like the new fluff (despite the fact monsters are now twice as long and won't let you fit as much in a book :-/ ), but I loathe the crunch format. But for a go at publication I'll just have to hold my nose.

Ah, that is exactly what I was looking for. Many thanks.

Guess I best start reformatting.... *shudder*

I've read all the guidlines for submission to Dragon magazine, however, I'd feel much more comfortable seeing an example of other similiar articles to the one I'd like to send a query for. I'm not a subscriber, though I've been told by those that are that I could do well to make an attempt to have my stuff published here.

So, my question is, is there a sort of free preview magazine? Anything that'd allow me a glance at the content?

Oh, and as a secondary question, is the new format being used for monster-based submissions?
