Customer service, I checked the estimated shipping and handling for this order a few days ago and it was in the range of $8.00-$9.00. The order had now spawned with $20.31 for shipping and handling. This seems excessively large for one book. Can you check into what is going on? regards
As the subject says. I am currently being quoted $37.96 shipping and handling on a $38.24 purchase. This is totally unacceptable. I'll purchase the pdf when it's released. Actually this makes me really sad. I can only assume you are no longer interested in selling hardback to non-North-American customers. While I'm here why is shipping and handling higher for AP#100 (December) than it is for AP#101 and #102 (January)???? regards Anthony
dear Customer Service, as per the thread title please cancel my pathfinder player companion subscription. The chief reasons for this are my inability to secure regular income and the fall in the Australian dollar and the rise in shipping and handling ($8.22 to $13.64 for one AP and one companion? really??). Secondary reasons would be lack of interest in the subject of several forthcoming titles(dirty tactics and black markets)and general 'rules bloat'. thanks

Hi, I currently have four items in my cart, but the "place your order" button isn't active. Now I have the holiday11 discount activated and one of my cart items is the Coliseum Morpheuon Print/PDF bundle, which I suspect is causing the problem. I realise that I could delete from the cart, but this order is currently hitting a really sweet spot with regards to items I want and (reasonable) postage to Australia, so I'm loath to do that. I also realise that 3PP PDFs aren't eligable for the holiday discount, but there isn't an option of purchasing Coliseum Morpheuon without a PDF, and the product thread has posts from both Paizo and the publisher saying basically the PDF is free with the print version. Any solutions? regards Anthony
Hi, I recently received the email informing me this month's chronicles will ship shortly, this being #1270218. However, I added a PRPG sub with #1268146 and changed my shipping mode from its normal "hold till the AP ships" to "hold for monthly shipping" as there doesn't seem to be an AP this month (? I read different things in different threads and on the product schedule ?). So shouldn't these be shipping together when the Bestiary arrives? Or have you already split the two orders to minimize postage? Also #1268146 is showing as pretty messed up with no Pathfinder Advantage showing and the shipping not included in the total, but I assume this will get sorted when it gets processed. Thanks Anthony
