Hello? Anyone there?

Initiative Roll: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
And if I go quick enough to do so, I slip into Fire Form in order to light up the room

Looking up at the lights that just went out, The Elementalist utters one short, simple phrase: "Awww, $h!t..."

"Infested? Great, so we got some sort of super parasite or disease on our hands? I don't know about you guys but I'm no biologist. And whatever it was, that 'Scourge' does not sound good. And assimilation? This is sounding worse and worse."
Starting to wander around the lab, The Elementalist begins to kick at some of the debris laying on the ground, and after a few moments, he stops and looks at the writing on the door before speaking up once again.
"Wait a sec. Infested and Assimilated and 'Came from Within' and 'removing specimens'? Well, we are dealing with some sort of invasion by creatures, and this is just my guess, but something that is capable of infesting other creatures, most likely in same manner some species of wasps will lay their eggs in certain types of caterpillars as it's a nice environment with plenty of food to much on until you're big enough to pop out and survive outside of your 'nursery'."
Looking at the others, he shrugs and simply adds, "What, I watch a lot of the Discovery Channel. Anyways, that's just my guess, I have no idea where this 'Scourge' came from originally though. Suggestions? Or should we check out the rest of the building?"

Slightly stunned after hearing the message, The Elementalist's form suddenly wavers as he rapidly flickers from form to form. Regaining control after a moment, he pipes up, "well, shelter shouldn't be a problem, we can probably claim this building for our use, assuming that there's nothing... else living here. Hopefully that forcefield thing will keep out most intruders. And I suppose we can check out the transfer room while we scout the building, though I doubt our luck is that good. As for food and water? Well, once we have a base of operations we can start scouting outside of the building. *sigh* So upstairs or downstairs first?"

Letting out a slow, quiet whistle, the Elementalist looks around the precinct, and noticing the answering machine, he pipes up; "I wonder who called..." he says as he presses the play button on the machine.

Shortly after rematerializing, Edward looks around and begins a slow whistle as he examines his new surroundings. "Huh, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore guys..."
Notice Check: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19

I'm here, I'm alive! I've just got home from school though and been really busy moving back in and what not, sorry for my lack of updates
After spending another restless night, trying to sleep, only falling asleep a mere hour or so before the alarm goes off, Edward arrives at the facility, and goes through the various decontamination procedures, all without a word.
At the meeting he listens carefully, and hearing Fortress's somewhat lighthearted joke, he half-smiles and pipes up in his soft voice, "yeah, but none of it's Italian." Hearing his later comment about biosamples and fingers, Edward grimaces slightly and says, "surely nothing quite so messy? Hair samples, skin samples, maybe a small organism or something would suffice, wouldn't it?"

After being silent for a short while, only answering direct questions, The Elementalist finally pipes up after hearing everything.
I suppose I can help. Just gotta see about getting some sleep first, if that's alright.

Sorry about my lack of posts, its been crunch time for the finals at the end of the semester. I should pick up again soon enough

One of my players this weekend made mention that there had been some changes to the Summon Monster spell at some point. A player of mine was using a Summon 1 for a Riding Dog. He mentioned that there was some change for the Riding Dog and possibly some of the other summons. Love to track down what he was talking about, but a few casual searches didn't locate what I was looking for. Advise would be great.

To the best of my knowledge the only thing changed was that the riding dog got changed to a regular dog, and the ant drone (on SMII list) got changed to a Worker ant

Seeing the agent walk over, Elementalist approaches him and begins to explain how they arrived in time to see the Antipodeans attaching some sort of device that was disabled by Pulse just in time. He then explains how they (obviously) proceeded to beat the crap out of them before they all escaped, with the exception of Antipodean #5. Elementalist then begins to walk towards the Antipodean, waving to the agent to follow him.

Well sir, if you have control there's nothing to roll for, other than he'll need to make a Reflex save I imagine to stay on his feet. What would be the DC against that?

Earth Control is at Rank 7, so 17 seems likely

As he plummets to the ground, The Elementalist reaches out with one of his arms and pulls the very ground beneath Antipodean #5 towards himself, all the while readying a stone elbow to meet the Antipodean once the ground reaches the falling form of The Elementalist

yeah for this I have no idea what the rolls would be... But I'm using Earth Control to create a curving column of Earth that lifts Antipodean #5 up to The Elementalist, meeting him as he falls. Since the (Element) Control powers work like a telekinesis, except with that Element, I would imagine what I'm doing would be considered either moving or throwing the Antipodean to myself

Securely falling with the Antipodean, The Elementalist twists to get his legs in between himself and the Antipodean takes a moment to aim and then outright kicks the Antipodean right at the spider that just webbed Fortress.

Grapple Check to control the grapple: 1d20 + 8 + 15 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 8 + 15 + 4 = 34
And then I am effectively throwing the Antipodean, No idea how much he weighs, but considering I have an effective STR of 60 for throwing right now, which means I can throw 400 lbs up to 2500 ft or 1600 lbs up to 500 ft...
And since it is at a specific target, here's a ranged attack roll just in case: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26

And I have no idea what kinda damage would be for this, but STR mod is +15, so do what you will.

Crap, this is the wrong form to be taking damage in...Toughness Save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19 And I assume this is targeted, so no Reflex for half? Well count that as one bruised condition, and I'll spend a hero point to immediately recover from the stunned condition.
Slightly stunned by the concussive blast of air from #3, Elementalist stares at him with hatred in his eyes. Suddenly then flames enshrouding him evaporate and in the place of the previously flaming form floats an unearthly, ethereal figure. With a mighty cry of "Your mind is MINE!!!" the Elementalist (in his spirit form) dives into the body of #3 who begins to shudder somewhat as if something is attempting to control his mind and body.

Changing into the Spirit form, and then attempting to possess #3. Will Save DC 20

"Let's see how well they burn..."

Suddenly Elementalist leaps upward and soars toward the spiders and hurls a mighty ball of flame at them without even stopping. He pulls to a halt a couple hundred feet above their heads waiting to see what the result of his blast is.

Using the Fireball power (20 ft explosion) targeted to hit the most enemies possible,
Reflex Save for half damage: DC 19
Toughness Save: 24 (full damage) 19 (half damage)

Quick hint about MnM Fortress, you don't roll damage, damage for your hit would equal 15+mod (so 27) and then the enemy needs to make a toughness save. (its 10+mod if not targeting toughness)

An average height man walks into the locker room, and without saying a word to anyone goes straight for his locker and takes one of the pills in one of the many bottles in the locker. A slender, pale man, he quickly strips off his civvies and changes into his uniform which consists of a pair of tight fitting pants that seem to take on whatever color it is surrounded by and a loose trench coat that seems to be made of the same material that shifts its colors. With a sigh, he slips his feet into a pair of black yoga shoes, and then reports to his CO.

Arriving at the scene, he kicks off his shoes and flexes his toes; hearing Fortress's comment he cocks an eyebrow and at seeing the spiders move, suddenly Edward is coated in roaring flames and he responds to the other super's comment.

"Well, we'll see soon enough."
