It looks like the AoO was provoked this round, so the Black Crow can move to add an additional flank?

Hullric appears to be the tankiest of the bunch? Does that mean slot 1? The Black Crow will take slot 3 or 4... he'll want to get into melee, but the first round will probably be inspiring courage or getting a spell off.

The Black Crow wades into the water, holding Scarlet over his head as he continues to emit a high pitched wail from the instrument, a warning to the overgrown bug that death is imminent.

Inspired Rage (Su): At 1st level, affected allies gain a +2 morale bonus to Strength and Constitution and a +1 morale bonus on Will saving throws, but also take a –1 penalty to AC. While under the effects of inspired rage, allies other than the skald cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except Acrobatics, Fly, Intimidate, and Ride) or any ability that requires patience or concentration. At 4th level and every 4 levels thereafter, the song's bonuses on Will saves increase by 1; the penalty to AC doesn't change. At 8th and 16th levels, the song's bonuses to Strength and Constitution increase by 2. (Unlike with the barbarian's rage ability, those affected are not fatigued after the song ends.)

The Black Crow walks through the archway into the Banquet Hall and stops, unslinging his guitar with a casual rotation of the shoulders. Framed by the decadent doorway, he slams the strings with a circular motion that strikes with an hellish shrill before unleashing a melodic dirge, leaning back precariously.

The last of his chords resonate throughout the chamber, echoing like whispers of the damned.

Addressing the audience as he slings Scarlet, "Cheers then. The Black Crow has arrived. Let the party begin!" As he swaggers into the room, he gives a quick lean-in to the Pathfinders and gives them a quick nod, "Sex, drugs, and rock'n'roll then," pausing as he gets to the good doctor. "Well, maybe more drugs and uh, other things for some but that's ok, I'm sure I can compensate for the sex and rock part. Cheers then and happy hunting."

He then proceeds to walk towards a circle of dishy noblewomen, grabbing a wine glass a guest was holding along the way and giving it a slight swirl before chugging it.

The Black Crow is always dressed for the occasion, and merely dusts off his gold and purple jacket and readjusts the leather strap that holds what appears to be a strung metallic axe in place. He does take the time to purchase a decent bottle of whiskey though to refill his flask in anticipation of the party. If the party takes more than an hour to acquire their costumes, he will wander to the local inn to spend the time and wet his palette... to prepare, that is.

The Black Crow is a fairly standard skald. Just be sure to acknowledge if you take the raging bonus or not when he's singing.

A lithe avian-like figure sporting deep purple bell-bottoms that flare out, exposing sharp talons, and a gold and purple leather jacket decorated with golden filigree stumbles into the entryway, stopping with a loud thud as he leans against the side for support. Belching loudly before readying himself, one eye spots the plate of tea time snacks. Staggering into the humble nook with a convincing swagger, the bird-man stacks a precarious tower of finger-snacks before slumping his way into a chair. Only after cramming three to four of them into beak does he seem to realize that he's not alone.

"Knees up, eh? Where's the gaffer?"

Maybe it's just better to roll for DM vs. party, using an average of the party's initiative modifiers? This way, the party's turn can be done in any order, allowing for it to be done by post order. Of course, folks would have to delay a bit for party buffs/spells first before attacking, but maybe that's ok?
