Ah, that's good to know! Terra escapes from under the table and leaves the room without catching the attention of anyone. Standing in the hallway, he now wonders about what he should do with himself. Inny back there I go, or....investigate more this big ol funny placey place? Well, it is dinny dins time and I do love the tea that is mine, so my entraaaaaaaance trance entry will be about now. Moonwalking in through the entrance backwards, Terra enters sipping a cup of tea. As he approaches the table, he throws his teacup into the air and backflips onto the table, narrowly avoiding the plates and fruit faces he had previously tampered with, before spinning on the spot, lowering his hat from his head to bow, and holding his hand out to catch his teacup. At this point he starts walking across the table towards his seat, lifting each leg vertically into the air as he goes. Lady-wadies, Gentle-len-men and all those not under my categories, I AM TERRA DAHM! Tea is my special.....tea? Specialty is my tea. I have flavoursome brews and brews full of flavour. I bet you've never sampled Terra's terribly tealy pot of tea trinkets? It's spiffingly brewsome...though you may refer to that as awesome. Yes, be in awe. My tea is full of greatness! The man then jumps into his seat and sits in it, perched on his feet, with his knee's up by his head, looking around grinning, with a weird look in his bizarre eyes, almost as if he's on something....Opium perhaps?
Terra begins crawling under the table towards the exit, avoiding feet as the guests sit down. Oh my, now all of the guesty guests are here. Look at all the feetylings! Yum yum! What I would like is to want these people to not see myself under this table. Yes, the table that I am under! The Terra man needs to make his GRAND entrance and it has to be the grandest entrance yet! Oooooh what fun we must have today! I'll sneak out from this table and then walk back on myself towards my seat! Nobodyfoddycoddy will notice my hidey hole seeky game. LET THE GAMES BEGIN! The table I'm imagining is a grandeur 10ft wide, 30ft long table, so it should be easy to just crawl along the central part of the floor, but let me know if I'm wrong or whatever. :)
Sorry for the delay! Everyone's going to have a field day when they see the smiley faces made out of fruit, on ALL of their plates. Each face consists of two Oranges for eyes, a Raspberry for a nose and a Banana for a mouth. Terra is still under the table and has nothing to roleplay with right now. Well, not until dinner at least!
Terra peeks out of the window, watching as the Horse and Cart arrives. Visitors, fisitors, fizzy tars! The place I'm in will surely be filled, when the place brims with dresses and frills. As the people within the cart walk towards the Manor, Terra will quickly climb under the closest dining hall table to him, occasionally popping out to make smiley faces with the fruit, on each plate, at each table, when he feels the coast is clear. Stealth: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15
Gonna be a pain in the butt now, but what's the layout of this house? I have no idea mentally where each room is connected, or what rooms they're connected to. Terra, noticing the sculptures on the table, finds the sculpture corresponding with his World Tarot Card. Ohhhhhh! Is it for me? Yes, I do believe my seat is here! says Terra, as he looks towards his reserved spot in the grand banquet hall, before running around the room to inspect all of the food while announcing what each dish is, in his own special way out loud. Perception (for if Terra can see the entrance through the windows of the Banquet Hall, as he gazes around the room in awe): 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (5) + 12 = 17 Apparently, typing the above OOC statement translated into 1d6d6, which gave me 4,3,3,6 = 16....I didn't know typing a statement equalled a peculiar dice roll. Fits the character I guess. XD
Happy with the music he has....."created", Terra steps up and out of the Piano stall to have a search for the tea room. Thinking the Banquet Hall to be the best and most likely place to have any form of Tea, he heads straight there, walking backwards the whole way, waving to those he passes, before spinning around at the doorway of the Room, where he flings his arms out forwards, takes a bow and shouts Ta-daaaaaaaaaaaaa! Teeeeeea, please. I do desire myself a cup of leaf, brew or flavourings, which the normal normans around me would refer to simply as "Tea". What do I see GM?
Happy with his drawing in the Guestbook, Terra heads straight for the Piano Room, having a somewhat large passion for music. As he heads there, he twists, turns, hops, skips, jumps and moonwalks past people, laughing and giggling as he taps on shoulders and quickly moves out of sight with each tap, dotting in and out of each room and corridor. As he finds the Piano Room, regardless of the fact he's not once tried to play a musical instrument in his life, he lifts the panel protecting the Piano Keys and, hoping to draw attention to himself, begins to play what he thinks sounds like this. Perform: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4 LOOOOOOOOL.
Haha, I guess because I'm a little unhinged in real life, I can accentuate it, to crazy, over the top levels. :p And I didn't actually pick up on the Cat in the Hat myself, but I can see the similarity, haha. It's a shame we can't set our own pictures as our character displays, because the avatar I use is nothing like my character. It's just the most mental looking picture I could find. No worries on the interaction guys, I'm sure it'll all go fine. His spells will be fun to use in this place, too.
I hope I'm not playing Terra in such a way that guys feel put off btw. The point is, he's completely off the plot, living in his own world where everything makes sense to him...in his head, when really he doesn't make sense of anything, and nothing makes sense to him, but he's just kind of gotten lost within his own madness. :p
OhhhohohoohohaaAAARggGhH!!! Why oh my, this is all a laugh of jolly good nature, hahahaha! Terra walks over to the Majordomo and looks at the cards. This one here? NO NO NO! Maybe this one here? Huh....eurgh, no. So how about this one? Hmm, pass. Well, I'll grab 5 if you please. As he goes to grab 5 of the Tarot cards on offer, Terra pauses. Perhaps I sharn't grab five. Maybe I should grab one. Yes, one will do the tricksy wick. Terra grabs a card, spins around and slowly marches forward, one leg in front of the other, as if he were trying to balance on a tightrope. As he reaches the entrance hall, he notices the guestbook, signing it in the only way he knew how... This looks marvellous. Oh, what FUN! Yes yes, I like my style. People won't complain, it's me, I know it's me, so they will too. Terra signs the Guestbook with a drawing of a teacup and awaits further instruction, sipping more tea in celebration of the nights excitement.
Eyes wandering, Terra looks at the Elven Woman and Half-Orc for a brief second. Perception: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15 Teeth with tattoo's? Tattoo's on teeth? Hmm, what an oddity! Terra quickly blurts out TATOOTH! You have a Tatooth! Many in fact, what a curious thing to have a Tattoo on a tooth. Must be many like it, so a head full of Tateeth must surely revel in tea leaf?
Other than the fact the steaming hot water just seems to appear out of thin air, pouring itself into the cup, no. Haha. Terra laughs in a high pitched tone. "ohhHHHHHahahahhaHAHA, the tea's good, nooooooooooo?" "FRESH AND AWAKE IT KEEPS ME!", he shouts with excitement. Amused by the Elven woman's balancing techniques, Terra educates the woman. "That does not go up there, no no. That's the storage place for my cup when offering the tea to the people who desire tea. To balance a cup on a cup, you must have talent, even if you seem nonchalant..." This woman is good. I think I'd like to acquire her help for my teacup tower, whenever or whatever that is. The lanky, hat wearing tea sipper starts to go off on one, as the Elven woman leaves his presence. "Gentle with the lentil. I think fruit would suit. Strawberry and Pear, a dash of cinnamon here and there. A sprinkle of Opium and a dried out hair...that about finishes the recipe for my hoot fruity, trippy brew!"
Perception for the conversation with the Majordomo:1d20 + 12 ⇒ (7) + 12 = 19 What is the happenings over there, between the doorman and that there? Alas I do not care! Terra shrugs, shivers and wriggles, somehow continuing to balance all on his hat and though surprised at the smartly dressed man's response, the eccentric tea sipper seems baffled. No tea for you now? You sure, but why, but how? Terra scratches his head before noticing the fine looking Elven woman as she heads towards the queue, making her granduous entrance. Perception on woman: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (5) + 12 = 17 For tea, I may offer! She may want... M'Lady, the tea I have provides for two. You take and taste I'll sip with you, for in these grounds we stand anew. As pretty an Elf, I've seen but few. The sight I see is fresh and new! Terra holds out his cup, saucer and teapot, offering his tea to the lady he sees, with his head tilted 90 degrees to the left, and a wide shiny grin which appears overly joyous and mischievously friendly.
Why hello there! Is it not a fine time to dine and wine, in this granduous manor of a manor house here? Terra places his cup of tea onto his saucer and then balances it on the top of his hat. Pulling a cup, saucer and teapot from seemingly nowhere, he pushes his hands towards the well dressed gentleman. Terra. Tea? That is me!
Terra walks up to the gate. Hmm, this must be that place! What place? That place! Yes, the place with the invite we received. We? No, I. Yes. That sounds about righteo. Now where is that darn tibbar? Rab...tib? Rabbit. Hmm? Terra passes into the grounds of the Manor, walking up the cobbled path whilst sipping a cup of tea. His walk is about as strange as he. With each step, the leg that's off the ground points high into the sky, then comes back down again. Each leg does this in rhythm. Such a pretty witty, garden farden. I do like this house manor, in a manner of speaking. Or is it a Manor of speaking? he says, admiring the surroundings. He steps up to the man at the door and speaks, as he's the first in line, seemingly the earliest person there. Invite I have, long do I wait? I really must say this place is great! Terra then clicks his heels together while sipping his tea once more. |
