Is the Riddleport entry in "Varisia, Birthplace of Legends" correct for Base Value?

Per Game Mastery Guide, the qualities that modify base value have their percentages summed and then applied once. I get 90% from combining its qualities. If I use 90% once, this is what it works out to:

8,000 GP * 0.90 = 7,200 GP
8,000 + 7,200 = 15,200 GP.

Is the final 15,200 value supposed to get multiplied again by 2 for some reason? Because that's what seems to have happened with the printed entry. That or Riddleport used Metropolis as the starting point for Base Value, even though everything else in the block uses Large City as the starting point. Just seems like a mistake exclusive to its Base Value unless I'm missing something?

Regarding Mokmurian: Doesn't the item he is wearing for his eyes slot impose a -4 penalty to Perception? It appears his Fly of +10 if his Fly spell is active.

His Perception seems a bit off anyway. If I put 23 ranks in it, that puts him at +28 Perception before the lenses.

This of course also presumes that his robe is providing 23 ranks of Knowledge (Geography) and Knowledge (Engineering), similar to a headband of vast intellect +4.

So for his skills, I get something like:
Climb +33, Fly +10 (with Fly spell active), Knowledge (arcana) +31, Knowledge (engineering) +31, Knowledge (geography) +31, Perception +24 (28 total, -4 from lenses), Spellcraft +31, and Stealth +22.

Please add more sessions of Passing the Torch Part 1 and Part 2 for Gen Con 2019...

I got tickets for Part 2 but not for Part 1 and they sold out in minutes if not seconds. Obviously it is popular so if the powers that be read this, please consider adding some more sessions of these scenarios.

Thanks!

I concur with this request. Exactly the same reasoning. Was over 8,000 in line as soon as wish list submission opened, despite a fairly short list.

This is more and more common with GenCon where I can never land any desired events with their system and the size they've reached with attendees. I think I'll look at Paizo Con or Origins next year, unless the experience of folks who have gone to those is essentially the same in regards to limited seats and lotteries?
