About Tatsou
Tatsou was born in Goka, to an elven woman. She did not choose to have the child, however and chose instead to place him up for adoption. As orphans go Tatsou learned to get others to do what he wanted and he grew to revere power in all things. The embodiment of power to him were legendary dragons, and one day to his surprise, he was able to open up a planar hole through an arcane ritual that he developed and a dragon came out of it. It was a very young dragon and it still cannot breathe fire, but it led Tatsou to research where dragons come from and led him to revere and worship the dragon god Apsu.
Tatsou was recruited to join the pathfinder society by Amara Li, and after her business with the Society concluded he elected to stay with the society in order to further his research into the history and origins of dragons on Golarion using the Societies vast resources to further his cause, as he gains access to them.
