"if the accusations against the brothel are true then we should look at trying to deal with him. I am against business practices that would use their workers as slaves. Does little to benefit the economy, let alone the morality behind it. Now that we are close Tarson will begin his spell casting. First is bless, so a +1 to attack rolls and saves vs fear. Magic weapon on Helgrim's weapon for a +1 bonus. This will cause a small symbol of Abadar to appear on the bottom of the hilt from the magic. Freyja will have protection from evil cast on her. Finally Helgrim you will have shield of faith placed on you as well.

"Normally I am one to negotiate first but we are in a bit of a rush to destroy the hags before the leader arrives and we have little bargaining power with these creatures. These blessings only last a couple minutes so I do not want to risk them running out. Also, Freja I will use protection from evil on you to provide additional defense. Finally I will cast a bless upon the group as well."

As he speaks be will move up to cast barkskin on Helgrim as well. "This should last forty minutes so I will enchant your flesh now."

Before he leaves Tarson will provide a card with his full name and title with the church. "If you ever need advice or wish to look into integrating with the town non-violently just let me know. I am excited to see what our cultures can provide to one another.

After making his way back with the rest of the group. "It does sound like luring them out is the best bet. Are we sure that both will arrive to check in with the harpies? If we are only able to take out one the other one will most likely be alerted to the danger below."

"I am versed in negotiations if we want to operate under the assumption they do have their father. I would not take much faith in them following any sort of agreement without the expectation of force being ready to enforce it as well. As we have seen with how quickly they have gone against the hags they do not seem to have much loyalty."

Tarson rubbed his chin as the harpy finished up on her information.

"The hags are cause of concern. While we could most likely deal with the harpies given time they hags themselves are most likely able to hassle us with their spell casting. It may make sense to try to gather some information about their capabilities. The last one brings me great worry. She sounds like a possible worshiper of He who Hangs above the Boneyard. His worshipers are nuisances, preaching about the end on street corners. At their worst... They try to usher them in.

For now let me know when we plan to leave this area. I should be able to destroy those shadows, or at worst cause them to flee."

"I find most creatures are shy to attack a long wandered who strides as if he owns the place. It confuses them. I imagine the threat you provide left them hesitant to risk being attacked from the back if they came after me."

His steps were measured and rhythmic as he strode through the ruins. He was dressed in a breast plated emblazoned with the Abadar key upon it's front, the dress of a cleric underneath the armor. His hands were folded behind him until he noticed the group in front of him. At that point he extended both hands, a greeting showing they were empty. A bright smile flashed their way showed off a pair of sharp canines as he spoke.

"Good day. Judging by your appearances I assume you are all here on formal business? My name is Tarson Lierdien. I've been sent on behalf of the church to provide assistance in local civic reform. Am I correct in assuming you share the same zeal for public service?"

Once he had confirmation this was the correct adventuring group he would open up a bit more on his mission.
