So I have decided to run a kitsune ranger in our campaign we are starting. However, I need a little help with my backstory.

Here is a short summary of it,

When I was born I was left with a pair of elves because my parents were being hunted (they were adventurers). My elven parents trained me until I was 10, and then they were killed while I was in town. I tried to live on my own, but the people in the city I was in did not like Kitsune. One day I accidentally changed back to my kitsune form in town and was forever cast out of that town (character at this point has a hard time holding his human form for a long amount of time). I get lost in depression about not having anywhere to turn or any friends so I decide to live in the wilderness hunting and living on my own. I pick up a fox as a companion (play on looks uses the wolf companion stats). After a couple of years living in the wilderness I find a dead Kitsune male. I also find a female who is on the brink of death. I find out they are my parents, and my mother gives me a necklace. She also tells me of where they were hiding out, and that they were being hunted. Afterwards she dies in my arms her last words being "I love you". I go there and there were journals about their adventures and our old village. There also entries about how they wished they didn't have to leave me behind.

So, I was wanting some help on what could have been hunting them, and killed my elven parents. Also, if you have any other ideas or suggestion I would love to hear them. Also, I have a much more detailed version, so if you need any other details please let me know.

Yeah so runeblade would be able to use more than just touch spells is the difference between it and the magus spellstrike. And turns out there is a card caster magus archetype, but it is thrown cards. Im just wanting to hold a deck and cast off them. However, it's still a pretty cool archetype!

I have 2 classes I would like to run, but I am not for sure if it is possible to build either of these characters.

Character 1 RuneBlade: Basically the concept for this is someone who inscribes runes in their sword/weapon during combat as a casting medium. So for example, lets say I wanted to use shocking grasp. I would spend an action (Not for sure what kind or if this can be done) writing my rune or inscribing my rune into my blade. Then when I strike with it, or choose to release the spell, the spell comes off my blade instead of from me. I'd be up for something similar, but I haven't found a way to do even anything similar yet.

Character 2 Card Caster: Basically a character who would keep a very limited deck of cards (based on level), and his/her cards hold their spells. He/she then casts from his/her cards.

Anyone have any ideas on how to do this in pathfinders? The group I run with typically doesn't let third party stuff in. However, if it was just a couple of feats or spells etc. (not an entire class) they might let me do it.
