Is a 2 Handed Weapon STR build Possible. May not Be able to use Spell combat but is Spell Strike usable.
1) Hold Great Sword with one hand and cast Shocking Grasp on Sword.
2) IN combat, Use Spell Strike to attack with sword doing Bad then Spell damage.
