I'm the official son from a political loveless marriage, but the half orc is the son from the woman our father loved and thus actually the son our father favours. The half-orc will be taking the "Bastard" trait even.

hmm, thanks for the answers. Bard does seem to be a good one. I'll need to look for builds for bard, if only to avoid any traps or pit falls.

My race is human, due to rp reasons. Although ingame the character will be the half-brother of the half-orc magus

Is a summoner with an eidolon built for rogue skills, still suitable for the niches described? A summoner's spell repertoire is mainly focused towards buffs as I've been told. And I could use the summon monsters for my main contribution to damage and would allow me flexibilty.

Skill monkey is a good point.

I'll need to give inquisitor a better look, no idea how that class plays. Is an inquistor a melee heavy or more caster type?
I think that also makes the summoner with an eidolon built for rogue skills an option.

Would an arcane duelist bard be an option or would that take away too many of the problem solving skills? Maybe with a bow.

And where can I find the slayer? I don't think I've seen in it before?

I'm part of a group that will be playing through one of the APs.

So far our group consists of:
Gnome cavalier
Half-orc magus
Half-orc oracle (heaven probably)
Eld druid treesinger

Im a decent optimizer myself, but not so familiar with Pathfinder. However I'm more interested in making sure our group has a smooth ride, letting everyone enjoy the ride rather than dominating the battlefield.

So my question to you is, can you make suggestions onwhich class or archetype to play? Or at least help me identify the weaknesses in the group that need shoring up?

The only thing I not interested in playing is wizard. If it matters, we're doing the kingmaker ap.
