Tairdo has a seat. Just an ale please. he orders.

Once the drink arrives, Have you heard of a place called the Sunless Citadel? he asks I'm looking for some compatriots that caame here not long ago search for such a place.

Tairdo has been surveying the scene as the others were speaking, pulling out a small book and jotting some notes.

he is mumbling something about orcs and the proximity to Oakhurst.

eventually he realizes the need to bury the fallen husband. going to gather a shovel (this is a farm after all) he does his best to help dig a grave.

Hey guys, been real busy at work, will try and catch up, but after two nights of double shifts, I am very tired.

Friday looks like its just as bad really, but I am guaranteed the weekend off.

Tairdo tries to make his way toward the man on the ground.

double move to reach where the guy is, don't see him on the map so I went where he might be.

Tairdo advances stopping by the mother, We will take care this, your daughter is safe. go to her.

he says to her trying to reassure her of her safety.

advance only with some of the others up ahead, Tairdo feels confident that further spells are unneeded right now but he does get ready to unleash a poison spray if the enemy does get close enough.

you get my magic missiles?

Roll20 ID edward S

Tairdo tries to see how many orcs are chasing the woman. once he has a visual of the first ones that are closest to the woman and child (and within 120')

magicae telum! he says as he points his staff at the orcs sending three bolts of magic.

magic missile damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
magic missile damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
magic missile damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

not sure, but if there are three orcs then one missile on each, if only one then all three on the one.

says I am not authorized for the roll20 group.

sorry, wasn't sure how to proceed and got a little sidetracked

Tairdo answers, though a little nervously. I will be going as well, I do have business to look into at Oakhurst as you may already know.

Tairdo is silent as the others migrate to the table, seems this may be easier than I had expected he ponders.

Well, I am unsure what to expect. but I am sure that the group of us can most likely handle most of it. He adds, trying to be sociable and positive.

I recommend we stick to the min roads between here and Oakhurst. Once there we can get our fill of the local cuisine and earn more about this citadel.

Tairdo looks a little intimidated at the gathering group. he starts wringing his hands together, and seems very frigidity.

I am going to find some acquaintances, I believe that they went to someplace called the sunless citadel. I don't know if there are drow there, but there won't be any when we leave.

pulling up a chair now at the same table as the dwarf, he switches back to common.

they went missing investigating some place called the sunless citadel, near Oakhurst. I hope to go there and investigate this place.

Eventually the skinny wizard finds his voice, leaning over to the dwarf that he chose to sit near, he speaks to him in dwarven,

in dwarven:

I am looking for some traveling companions to locate some missing people. you interested?

though the words are correct, the tone is a little off, it is apparent that this part elf, has studied dwarven but has a long way to go.

The door to the Inn opens and a wiry, thin man walks in a shortened black staff topped with an iron cast elven motif. a small red gem at its top.

he wears an overcoat, black with red highlights, black trousers and boots. His skin as a grayish tone almost ashen. and the slightest sign elven ears protrudes under his black hair and a pencil thin mustache completes the ensemble.

he grips his staff with both hands nervously as he scans the interior as though looking for something, or someone.

His gaze stops at the dwarf, but unsure how to proceed, he moves to find a table as close to the dwarf as possible.

he tries numerous times to hail the waitress, but it would seem to no avail. he seems a bit too nervous to speak louder.
