A rule point I don't understand. For example, a level 5 Wizard can cast spells up to rank 3. If he finds a scroll with a rank 4 spell, he cannot cast it because his level is too low. However, suppose a Fighter is trained in Arcana and has the 'Trick Magic Item' feat. If he finds the rank 4 scroll, he can cast the spell. I find it surprising that a Fighter with this feat can cast the spell while the Wizard cannot, even though they are arcane spells. Or perhaps I have misunderstood the rule
