Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
Sylthain reaches out a hand, trying to snag the woman before she can flee. Attempting to Grapple the woman so she can't flee.
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
With the girl released and out of harm's way, Sylthain no longer pulls his punches. Knees and fists flying, he lays into the murderer with all his skill. Full attack flurry of blows, with flanking.
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
Moving quickly forward after Victor, Sylthain attempts to knock the blade from the woman's hand. She attempts to swipe it across his hand as he tries. All of this is predicated on what the enemy does as she's before me in the Init.

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10 Sylthain rises quietly and watches the scene play out, moving slowly towards the entrance. He glances around to ensure that Lyra is still where she slept and wasn't hurt by the intruder. Second Perception to take in the situation and find out Lyra's status: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
Sylthain settles himself near the entrance quietly and watches as the others begin to nod off. He sits late into the evening before finally allowing himself to drift off. Sylthain is going to stay up and "take watch" for a while. He will sleep the necessary hours to not be fatigued the next day but otherwise will keep watch on the group.
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
Sylthain watches Nai dealing with the necklace with some trepidation. It was easy enough to believe that she had worked something out but it just as easily could have taken control again and was simply playing nice for the time being. She would bear watching. He seems agreeable enough to it. And now that we've found the girl, I am loathe to lose track of her again so I say we follow regardless.
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
Sylthain moves between Lyra and the half-orc, assessing Grawk quickly for any threat. The young girl belongs with her family as the Lady said. She will need to come with us. He looks to Nai, his eyes set. You're right, we're not asking him to abandon her, but she needs to return home. It is what is best.
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
Sylthain nods at Nai's first comments before shaking his head. I agree this can't be anyone other than the girl we seek. But do not be so quick to discount her father's desire for her. Regardless of the ease with which we found her, that was our task to accomplish.
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
Tare, I think Nai had it right as the Grapple-ee she could only try to switch her position in the grapple. Now on "my turn" I automatically maintain the grapple and can now choose to do futher actions around it, in this case Pin her. Grapple check to Pin Nai: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14 vs Nai CMD 12 Sylthain wraps his legs around the struggling elf's waist and pushes her shoulders tight to the ground, her movements halted for the moment. Someone please deal with this cursed necklace while I still have a hold of her.
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
Sylthain watches Naiethua closely, keeping himself between her and Lyra. Once she walks past, clearly ignoring his charge, he follows behind her. The necklace clearly has a hold over her. Moving quickly, he attempts to tackle the druid to the ground to prevent her from continuing on further. This will provoke an AoO if she's armed but last I saw she had sheathed her weapons so T should be all set.

Knowledge: Religion (untrained), 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11
Seeing no other immediate threats, Sylthain took a quick look at the medallion Nai was holding. It looks like the symbol of Chaniud, The Lawkeeper. Although why it would be carried by one such as this I don't know. Hey Nai, just fyi you can make untrained Knowledge checks if the DC is 10 or less. So the spoiler above is within your reach with a good enough roll.
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
Sylthain fires off another stinging rain of blows against the weird creature, trying to keep it from Lyra as much as he can. Round 3:
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
It seems the confusion is thinking of using two weapons from a "real world/common sense" perspective vs a mechanical D&D perspective. You would think that with a weapon in each hand, yes you would get an attack with each one. However D&D mechanics doesn't take this into account. For example you could have a weapon in each hand and steel spikes on the toes of your boots. If this were the case, you would assume you could attack with both weapons and then kick the target with one or both boot spikes, getting possibly 4 attacks in 1 action. In that same instance all D&D cares about is what your attack string is, which is based on BAB. You could have 20 weapons armed and ready but your BAB will limit you to how many of them you can use on your turn. Everything is related to your BAB, so the extra off hand attack (1 extra attack) from weilding two weapons is based off your BAB from being a Rogue which is a single attack at +0. Combat Section on Attack bonus If you read the Base Attack Bonus paragraph, third line, it talks about when you get multiple attacks.
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
I think you've misinterpreted the rule. What two weapon fighting does is lessen the penalties, the reference in the description you posted doesn't give you an extra attack. What it boils down to is your BAB (which is +0) is the number of attacks you get in a round. As you level up, your BAB rises until you begin to get extra attacks. For an example, as a Rogue at level 8 your BAB becomes +6/+1 which means you get 2 attacks, one at +6 and one at +1. Using an off hand weapon lets you make an additional attack in the round if you Full Attack. So using the above example, at level 8 you would get 2 attacks, +8 and +1 before the penalties, and then a THIRD attack cause of the off hand weapon. Looking at your last post, your math numerically looks good, with the penalties and the flanking accounted for. You simply wouldn't get the third attack.

Sylthain grimaces at the red color suffusing the creature after its brief contact with the half-orc, knowing something bad had happened. Stilling his mind, he flew forward, fists and knees spinning out in a blur as he tried to pin the creature between himself and Victor. Full attack Flurry of Blows, possibly with flanking with Victor although I'm not completely sure.
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21 Sylthain could smell something foul and sensed movement in the bushes. The girl's scream only confirmed it as put himself between Lyra and the threat. Despite the hope that they had found her cousin alive and well, Lyra's safety was his only task. Initiative (if it's needed): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
Taking 20 on the first one to see the flowers.
Sylthain notices the movement coming from the clearing's edge. He nods imperceptibly at Nai, signaling that he saw it too. Casually he moves himself so that he now stands between the stranger and Lyra. He doesn't make any other obvious movements, waiting to see what happens next.
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
Sylthain rises as the directions are handed over, the meeting clearly at an end. You have most helpful, mi'lord. Hopefully we will have the matter resolved as soon as possible. With a bow of the head, he follows Lyra back through the house. Posting the above under the assumption that we're all set. If other people want to continue planning, please temporarily disregard and assume I do this after other discussions are done.
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
Do you know where we can find this Ava? It might help to learn what she did, or in this case didn't, discover. Also it was my understanding that there were a couple of sightings of the girl. Were they predominately in one location where we could focus our efforts or more scattered and random?
Male Human Monk (Master of the Four Winds) 2
Sylthain listened intently before leaning forward. Also it might be beneficial to speak to the other man you hired to see if he managed to learn anything. While he might not have found your daughter himself, he could know something that would help speed our search. Could you provide his name?

Knowledge (local):
1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17, capped at Untrained 10 but Auto 5 for being from Bazraeene. Sylthain gazed up at the imposing walls of Khiras. He had of course heard of the city, many people used the wood from here in everything from common construction to fine works of art. He was a bit surprised by the sheer number of guards present. He knew the city was often under threat by the snake-men abominations and elven raiding parties but he hadn't realized it was to this degree. He eased his tense muscles and quietly moved a little closer to Lyra, suddenly more aware of the danger they might be entering.
