Can we have a more inclusive chart than this perhaps? With more sizes?

I would rule it myself but it seems the transition from small to medium is not always the same pattern as medium to large.

What of self-inflicted prone conditions, like with Leaping Shot or carrying a Double Hackbut (or similar cannon weapon)?

Can one be rendered prone during flight?
