There are some items we have to get from a distributor or manufacturer when an order is placed for them. These items will show a longer ship out time on the availability portion of their product page. For instance, the Shalelu Andosana miniature says, "Ships from our warehouse in 4 to 18 business days." This is our estimate for how long it may take to get to us from the supplier.

We do not charge for anything until it ships. What you are seeing is an authorization. When you submit the order your bank is pinged to make sure the card is valid. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. Authorizations expire after a few business days and the holds are released. If the authorization is still open when the order ships we will finalize it into a charge. If it is not we will open a new one and immediately finalize it.

Thanks for the clarification, I didn't see the disclaimer on the miniature.

I placed and order on the 18th, my credit card was charged, but the order is still sitting in "pending" status. Can I get an update on this order? Is ordering from the company normally this slow?
