Sun Fei remains silent while the others address the woman behind the bar. If asked she will pleasantly offer her name. At the soonest opportunity she too wants a bath, there is no way that she is going to eat smelling like this.
Sun stays to watch over the prisoners. Her mind wanders to the logistics of moving so many across town through the city.
Sun grabs Vancaskerkin's other elbow and helps Beren haul him inside, "Pitiful, not much of a rebel is he."
Sun points her sword at the frozen man and smiles, "Not really planning on going someplace are you?"
Sun jumps out the window to follow.
Sun continues to follow Beren as they look for more of the traitors.
Sun is right there with the rest of them.
"We still need to find Vancaskerkin." says Sun Fei then addressing the captives, "Where does he go when not here?"
is there anything more to the slaughterhouse that we are missing?
Sun moves into the room with Yselle offering back up should anything nasty wish them harm.
"I'll be fine, but you are right. Perhaps instead of being ready to charge in, we should be ready to receive a charge. Anyone else in the building knows we are here by now." replies Sun.
Sun Fei moves to attack the larger boar, hoping to get into position flanking the beast. As she attacks she notices a weak point and points it out to her companions.
atk, dmg (1d20+4=14, 1d10+2+1d6=7)
Using Lead the Attack, if it hits all allies get +4 to hit the boar until my next turn. If she has flanking, Sun gets a 16 to hit.
ditto. not much can make a nat 1 better LOL. hps linked in my profile and Sun Fei is completely updated.
Seeing her friend's blood flying, Sun Fei adopts a more aggressive stance and then studies the boar for a split second before launching what she had hoped would be a well timed blow. Unfortunately her sword skitters off the ground instead.
concentration check vs. DC; atk; dmg (incl. stance, maneuver) (1d20+9=19, 1d20+3=4, 1d10+2+1d6+1d6=9)
initiate Punishing Stance as a swift action (-2AC, deal +1d6dmg). Standard action: sapphire nightmare blade, concentration check makes it, but even against a flat-footed pig rolling a 1 just blows.
Sun makes sure the others are ready, then opens the door #1.
"Yeah, fight's gone out of all of them. Thats what you get from traitors." says Sun Fei, keeping her sword out and ready should the guy in front of her try anything.
Sun Fei attacks again, thankfull that she's only taken one cut.
atk again... (1d20+3=13, 1d10+2=6)
Do you want me to roll for the round over the weekend that I missed? or was she on the defensive for that round? Either way works for me cause she didn't get hit :)
"Why don't we just stop this. Obviously we are equally well matched." says Sun Fei to her equally useless opponent as she sends her sword past his left flank again.
atk again... (1d20+3=6, 1d10+2=11)
yeah IC has been doing that to me for a while, using FF3.0.6 too.
The smells in the slaughterhouse are starting to get to Sun Fei as her sword misses yet again.
atk (1d20+3=7, 1d10+2=10)
omg IC hates this character!
Sun Fei fights down her reluctance to attack misguided guards and swings again. Her hesitance must be showing as her sword completely misses again.
atk (1d20+3=6, 1d10+2=12)
Sun Fei swings her sword in a feeble arc that manages to miss anything closely resembling a target.
atk (1d20+3=9, 1d10+2=3)
init (1d20+3=21)
Sun Fei moves quickly into the dark trying to adjust her eyes. If she can maneuver to somewhere she can strike one of their shadowy ambushers, she will.
Sun Fei focuses her concentration, feeling the calmness that her sword brings to her hand and steps into the room to find the source of the scent.
Sun Fei watches as Yselle works to find anything hidden in the shed. She keeps her eyes open on the building.
"Dwarf's right, we are too exposed here. I believe them." says Sun Fei looking at Sarastal in particular. "Lets do what we came to do."
"And you are?" Sun Fei replies skeptically. Whether or not they were 'backup' she didn't like being at a disadvantage.
Sun Fei nods towards the back, indicating that they should head around to the cattle pen first and approach from that direction.
Glad to hear things are looking up for you Zoom!
"I don't see why we can't take advantage of the chaos and head straight there. I doubt we'll be noticed till we're just about there. Anyone who can maintain surveillance in this city now is beyond me." replies Sun Fei.
I'm still in. Hope things have worked out for you Zoom.
I'm back, just catchin up. Happy belated bday :)
VACATION ALERT: I'm on vacation till Jan 5th. I'll try to get online to post while I'm away cause gaming = vacation for me :)
"We can find Verik. He can't possible be as difficult to track down as Lamm was." replies Sun Fei.
"If they're in, I can't see what harm it'd do." says Sun Fei agreeing to join her new friends. Things had gone well since they went to see that fortune teller, well for her at least maybe not for the fortune teller. Sticking with this group was probably better than sitting at home and meditating anyways given that she'd already managed to erase a stain from her past.
Sun Fei nods, "We can make it there on our own."
Sun Fei simply curtsies to the queen, she does not reply only remains silent. In her head she thinks selfish thoughts, So we bring you back a treasure and you press us into service. She tries to steady herself thinking of her blade back with guard and how soon she'll be reunited with it.
"I am Sun Fei." replies the warrior. She felt unsettled without her sword, it had become a point of focus for her. It wasn't so much the lack of a weapon for defense as a feeling of slipping.
Sun Fei leaves it to the others to reply, knowing that social situations are not her strong suit. If prompted she'll reply non-comitally with, "I'm with them."
Sun Fei watches Thelix, unsure about what they should be doing next. It certainly didn't seem like a very good idea to try and return the brooch all by themselves. And if the crowd was indeed correct the balance of power had shifted.
"I need to keep who ever might be after us away from my mother. She is probably worried, especially with what ever is going on in the city." replies Sun.
"We probably shouldn't stay around here too much longer. Anyone know where we can stay for the night? We can take a look around Zellara's tomorrow to see if there are any clues as to who is on to us." replies Sun Fei.
Sun Fei will part with everything but the vial. "Assuming this is somehow magical in nature I'll hang onto it."
none of the items she picked up last were magical right?
Sun Fei brings her trinkets back as well to see if they'll fetch anything.
Replying to Andreas, "We did just knock off Lamm. I wouldn't be surprised if there were associates of his around or people who wanted something from him. We couldn't be the only ones he tried to destroy."
Sun waits for Hal. At the moment she is watching for signs of danger. Thoughts drift to her mother and Sun hopes that she is okay. If this goes no where, she'll likely leave the group and head south again even though she is probably better off in times of turmoil within a large group of armed individuals.

I think I got it right with the posts above. If any of the stuff marked Sun Fei is magical Thelix probably grabbed it first.
Sun Fei scoops up the last of what's left (the cigar case, the glass tube, the shuriken, and the holy symbol) and runs to follow Hal down the street.
"Agreed, staying here would be counter productive. Some of that should go to the poor kids that Lamm destroyed, if we can find them again." says Sun Fei. She moves to the door, opening it to the fresh air and bright sunshine.
Sun Fei remains out of the foetid smelling room. She has no interest in stealing anything that might once have belonged to Lamm.
The battle evidently finished for now, the fight and the concentration drain from Sun Fei. Looking down at the dead bleeding body of her nemesis and taking in the devastating scene underneath the fishery is enough to send her over to the croc pit to empty her lunch (hopefully Hal isn't still down there). She does not look back to the body of Lamm but goes to the little girl to make sure that she is safe now. Bending down to the girl's height, Sun Fei craddles the girl and whispers comforting promises to her.
