If I take this trait, does it allow me to pick a new spell on top of the number of spells my character would already know?

Also, is there a maximum spell level to which this trait can be applied?

Finally, can the spell to which this trait applies come from a class list that is different from my character's class?

The trait description doesn't cover these issues. I was wondering if there was a general consensus on issues like this.

Does anyone know of an online Pathfinder character manager (free or otherwise) that incorporates Psionics Unleashed from Dreamscarred Press? I've already looked at HeroForge, PCGen and TheOnlySheet. Doing everything with pen and paper loses its old-school appeal after about an hour.
