I will soon be runing the 2nd chapter in the Kingmaker path and I am curious what others did about the kingdom making rules. Should I let the PC's read the rules so they can make the their decisions or should I just give them the basics of the rules.
Anyone have an opinion? Which is more effective as a summoner? Specialist/Malconvoker vs PF Summoner. I know they are two different systems, but our group still kind of does a mish mash of 3.5/PF.
I just started reading and getting Kingmaker ready for my players. My particular group take a lot of pleasure in PC group setup and meeting everyone. From what I have read the first encounter the adventure kind of throws the PC's into the first encouter as a group. How did others handle this? Any suggestions of how others introduced the PC's to each other for this campaign?
After doing some P1 continuation and finishing up P3 there are some PC's that are ascending to a minor divine status and most likely when we finish up P3 a PC will be descending to Demon Lord. I was wondering if anyone knows of a resource for I could use to make things easier or just have an idea of how to set up a stat block. Thanks for any help.

So we are finishing STAP and I want to give the PC's a good chance to take Demogorgon's seat. My question is if there is a resource anywhere to help raising a PC to a demonlord status or any kind of divinity for the matter. Thanks for any help.
I am about to run Enemies of my Enemy and I just curious what is going on between Grazzt and Lolth. I am assuming there is some publication, either novel or adventure, out there involving their conflict I just don't know what it is.

Has anyone run into a problem with your PC's freeing the aboleths. I can for see this becoming an issue. Anyone else have this come up and if so did you give the PC's a way to eliminate the aboleths as well.
I know they offer alot of events, but I was wondering if anyone had any home grown encounters or events to spice up the 3 months voyage.

I recently read the article on Impulter in the last Dragon and I realized how much I like Impulter. It has alot of adventure potential. So I was wondering if there were any Impulter based adventures in Dungeon back issues or perhaps some planned for the future.
I am prepping Lich Queen for my group and was wondering how it went for other groups. We don't do very much high level adventuring, usually topping off around 15, so I am just curious how it holds up to most high level groups. Have any of you found it to be a tough high level, medium difficulty or mild. Any tips or advice is always welcome also. Thanks in advance
