Hello everyone!

I come bringing good news that we were finally able to resolve our authorization error that caused a delay in creating orders. This means that everyone should now have gotten an email/notification that your subscription order has been created!

Additionally, some people may see that items that were originally requested to be sidecarted may have populated back onto orders. This is due to running the auth again this morning and resolving the error that was effecting customers. This means that anyone who may have contacted us about moving subscription items into their sidecart are encouraged to check their emails and order history and contact customer service again to change these orders back to their sidecarts.

Hello again!

This is another follow up update regarding the authorization (order spawning). While some of you may have seen your orders populated today, sadly due to a further unforeseen technical error, we were unable to finish the authorization completely today. This does mean some people may have not seen their orders be created today and to that we do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We are inspecting the issue further to get it resolved as soon as we can. Thank you to everyone for their patience and understanding!

Ahoy!

This is a brief announcement to inform everyone that due to some technical issues, we're postponing the authorization (order spawning)and will be running it on June 7th instead. So please don't be alarmed if you're not seeing your order populate until tomorrow! We thank everyone for their patience and understanding at this time c:

For anyone who is having tracking difficulties with their orders, has not yet received their order outside the estimated delivery window (if it was shipped prior to the warehouse closure), or has questions about their pending order status, please do not hesitate to reach out and contact us over at customer.service@paizo.com! Emailing us in with details about your order and any issues you are having is the most effective way for us to better assist you!
