Hrm, coming from Roll20 (which has its shortcomings), some quick impressions:
1) The starting page showcases a screenshot that demonstrates lighting well, but is quite unimpressive otherwise. If the platform can show more attractive tokens (for characters and room interior), I'd absolutely show them. Personally I don't really mind the uniformly rectangular grey room structure, helps to focus on creatures and object to interact with.
2) It took me a bit to find more information about the platform, since it's located behind the "About" button at the very bottom. Personally, I would move "Acknowledgements" to a less prominent place - sure there are people who deserve being mentioned, but for a new (potential) user other things are more important, like a feature list.
3) Information on individual campaigns is usually sparse, maybe they shouldn't get their own screen but get the details inserted into the campaign list (after clicking a campaign).
4) Personally I'd prefer a good old-fashioned forum over Twitter, Facebook and Discord. I know, different users, different preferences... With my own work I am currently at the point where I consider to offer several social channels, but to copy everything automatically into a single channel (likely a forum). So people can look up everything there, and I can link previous discussions. Maybe software for this already exists.
Thanks for the feedback! It is much appreciated. Will definitely be looking into these elements :)
