Thank you sir or ma'am!

I am trying to make some cardboard cut-outs to represent creatures for a 1 inch = 5 feet grid map.

Would any of you fine folk know in which resource and on what page there is a listing for creature size and facing?

I know that medium-sized creatures are 5 x 5 ft. and large-sized creatures are 10 x 10 ft. Beyond that, I'm not sure; though, I believe I saw that information somewhere.
