Hi, I’m trying to build a whisper elf rogue (Scoundrel as racket). The character is a quiet outsider who thinks carefully and analytically before acting, using his keen elven hearing. He uses a rapier and shortbow as his weapons in combat. His role in battle is dealing damage through Sneak Attack. I would really appreciate your insight on the character.
