What would you consider an easy, average and challenging challenge rating for ships of tier 1, 2 and 3?

As a new customer, it seems I cannot expand the customer service and website feedback forums (I can do so with numerous others).

This seems odd, since it's quite likely my first few posts could well be Website or CS related.

I can open the forum and create a new thread (ie this one), however if anyone replies to it I won't see the little number notifying me of such until I learn about focus (which is not likely to be early in my Paizo-posting career).

I'm looking to complete the order currently in my shopping cart. It's a bunch of preorders I would like to send to my sidecart but it seems I can't do that in one go.

Are you easily able to send all of them to my sidecart and then complete the order for me, please?
