About Sokya TenkillerSokya Tenkiller's legend began when a series of lucky events culminated in her destroying a legion of Technic League spiderbots single-handed. Her actions earned her the nickname Tenkiller and status as an Iron Claw warrior in the Ghost Wolf clan. Given the mission to reach out to other tribes and regional groups, Sokya quickly made friends with the Sczarni, who put her in contact with the Pathfinders. Sokya has since earned a field commission for her efforts and now works to advance the desires of her tribe, the Sczarni, and the Pathfinders at the same time. Most who meet Sokya assume she is a simple-minded barbarian, but her lack of education and uncultured mores have no bearing on her tactical acumen and savage cleverness, and her allies quickly find her an asset to their efforts. Sokya's tanned frame towers over even most men, and her muscular build is more lean and athletic than sheer muscular bulk. The cult of Razmir has left her face with a brand of the holy mask of Razmir across it during one of their struggles, though her hard-won trophy from that encounter (an enchanted mask stolen from the body of her tormentor and scarred by her own weapons) covers these scars from casual inspection. She dresses in the furs and leathers typical of her people, but her armor is made from cobbled-together parts of broken Numerian machines and destroyed Technic League gear. The bits of shattered robot look unwieldy, but Sokya's strength and training combined with the lighter alien alloys make for protection with surprising durability and agility. A recent brush with death has kindled a fury in Sokya for mind-controlling spells and magical constructs, one that burns within her at least as strong as her hatred of the Technic League and its robotic minions. Sokya's friends fear that another encounter with such threats may cause her to snap entirely. Sokya's friend, the Ulfen skald Fjörleif Normasdóttir, recently acquired an adamantine wayfinder for her friend, knowing Sokya's love of the sturdy skymetal. The two make unlikely allies, but Sokya is enthralled with Fjörleif's amazing collection of stories, songs, and lore, and the two have become fast friends. Sokya, is overjoyed that Fjörleif has built a small keep on the Numeria/Worldwound border, but is beginning to worry her friend may now be the first sign of a new threat if Taldor seeks to "tame" the savage north. Sokya hopes that, should such fears be true, she can convince her friend to focus Taldan colonization into a reborn Sarkoris and let the Numerian Kellids be. When Sokya isn't on Pathfinder missions, running errands for the Sczarni, or making the rare excursion back to Numeria to check up on her tribe, she takes time to visit with her fellow-Sczarni leg-breaker friend, the boxer Xue Long. The two go on infrequent pub crawls together, and though it's obvious to Sokya that Xue's heart isn't really in it, her tales of life in the far-off city of Goka are a source of endless fascination to the Ghost Wolf tribeswoman. Xue helps keep Sokya's bloodlust in line when they're out on the town, a fact Sokya secretly appreciates, as her inner rage (and the feeling of invulnerability it always seems to bring) frequently cause more problems than they solve when they aren't pointed in the right direction. Sokya recently came up with a scheme to protect Sczarni caravans with members of the Iron Claw clan. Each guard is hand-picked by Sokya for their cunning, brute strength, and martial prowess, assuring Sczarni caravans travel through the far north unmolested. The plan is sure to net Sokya a good bit of extra coin, and allows her to see her clan and tribe with far more frequency than before. Rumor among the tribes has it that Sokya may find herself thrust into a high-ranking position in the Ghost Wolves soon. The Ghost Wolf elders are enthusiastic to promote young, forward-thinking future leaders who may just be able to end the terrible reign of the Black Sovereign and the Technic League once and for all. Sokya recently assisted in the exploration of the Sky Citadel of Jormurdun, overseeing a group of recent Pathfinder inductees as they delved deep within the lost Sky Citadel. To her surprise, the neophyte Pathfinders proved exceptionally successful, surviving their explorations, uncovering supplies and lore, and even defeating a schir demon and its clockwork servant allies in the final demonic horde. Sokya hopes to keep a close eye on the group as they continue to thrive in the Pathfinder Society. Even more exciting is the chance to foil Technic League plots on the Pathfinder Society's dime, an opportunity unavailable to her until now. Whether by her own blade or by overseeing the efforts of eager Pathfinders, Sokya hopes to claim many trophies to rally her people with upon her next trip back to the Sellen Hills. SOKYA TENKILLER
