Our group has been looking at the same type of scenario since we started the Adventure Path; we were going to set up a base camp at Parrot Isle, but when we finished cleaning out under the taxidermy shop we got to thinking about the real-estate value of the dungeon. We were thinking base-of-operations, but we may have to change our plans now... Unless we can sell the place...
