Is it 1xp per quest completed or 1xp overall?

Speaking personally for myself, I am really not happy with this. Call me entitled, but we all were planning long term for a different landscape and did not expect this cataclysmic change to the MVP. Goblinworks, if you're expecting praise, look elsewhere. This is another spout of confusion over a new feature set. The irony is, I am not as entrenched as other players, and this just throws the baby out with the bath water.

It’s Good to be Crafty
Like many of the other guilds finding their footing in Golarion, the Full Metal Syndicate will have a strong thematic element to cohesively fit within the River Kingdoms, because we are more than a group of lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgender, and allies in Pathfinder Online. We are going to be merchants focusing on metal and stone crafting. Therefore we will be a Lawful Neutral settlement, interested more in the law of economics than in the rule of justice and equality. However we are not aloof from politics, and are excited about the future of the River Kingdoms in Pathfinder Online.

Become a Metalhead
Obviously, as a LGBT community, we encourage diversity. This is especially important in playstyle. We need PvE, PvP, diplomats, crafters, soldiers, gatherers, etc. We want our settlement to be diverse, healthy, and inclusive, which is why we are striving for economic prosperity first, to ensure a strong home for our community and those of a similar affinity. So we have a home for almost every playstyle.

Thanks for posting this. I have two questions:
1. Is this a metaguild?
2. The structure sounds REALLY confusing. Seriously, a diagram or mindmap would be a great help in transparency of this community/guild/metathing.
