Silver Crusade

Sir Issac nods as well, offering, "We will take the right flank."

Silver Crusade

The Bright members seem a bit agitated by the location of the stop. But don't offer to help either.

Silver Crusade

He pounds the table with is fist at Saronis's words and the rest of the Bright do it as well.

Silver Crusade

The Bright collect slowly one or two at a time.

Silver Crusade

He replies a bit curtly, "As the undead have been vanquished, we have no other reason to stay behind. We will head back now." If you don't have anything else to say then he promptly heads back to his group. Who then head back the way they came a bit low in morale.

Silver Crusade

He hustles forward his heavy armor clanging as he catches up to you. Then without needing to shout he cordially states, "We are damp, at least we are not soaking any more. Morale is down as we didn't get much into the fight but that is to be expected when you find hundreds of zombies under the water."

Silver Crusade

He raises his hand with his mace in it and yells, "How are things going over there Cyril, do you need some assistance?!"

Silver Crusade

He lets the group know in a commanding voice, "We will head around the East side and likely slosh through the water on the far side. Hopefully it is not as deep next to the cliffs."

Silver Crusade

"I see your logic, go on up."

At the lake he tastes the water and activates an ability. He offers, "I agree with your assessment but have no Skills to confirm it."

Silver Crusade

Next he and The Bright repel down as well, all seven of them. Upon making the ground they draw their weapons and begin searching the outpost bunker. Once the area is scoured he asks, "I can leave Stark and Sarah here to keep the bunker secured. The Captain told me the ruins are on the next rock outcropping to the North. There is a small lake that surrounds most of the ruins."

Silver Crusade

Sir Issac does a side look at Cyril and smiles, "How about our reward portions for returning the nobility safely back?" You realize that this wager could have some impact on who would make sure you return safely.

Silver Crusade

He quickly replies, "Consider?! To purge evil from these lands is our purpose!" He intones calling upon Gorum to guide him.

"A Death Knight, I have heard of them before but never encountered one before. Creatures raised from their tombs. Let the captain know we would need a day of rest before the battle."

After Arthur states the challenge he shouts over to the elf catching a lot of those on the deck attentions, "Hazoot! We shall accept your challenge, what shall we wager?!"

Silver Crusade

Through the door you hear a male's voice yelling, "Give me a minute!"

After the minute the door opens and a brute of a man opens the door. He quickly asks, "Yeah what do you want?"

If you ask him about Sir Issac's location he offers, "Likely on deck training. I got some down time and enjoying a break in private."

When you do get to the deck you see Sir Issac and the other four metal clad Gorumites exercising in full gear. As you approach he seperates from the others and walks you over to the deck railing. "Isn't it beautiful. I have never seen sights from this height before. How are you doing, I heard you got a cold or something. Both Arthur and you were out for most of the week, right?"

Silver Crusade

He nods thinking about the situation and offers, "If diplomacy can't be used in this situation we likely will move to defending ourselves. As the barbarians don't have much love for civilized folks and the Red Hand has a axe to grind with them too. It was lovely to talk with the two of you, unless there is something else I should go get rest. We do wake up early with our regimen and I need to start making preparations for the expedition tomorrow."

Silver Crusade

He relays with regret, "No, I never knew him socially. My mentor, Lord Filbert, actually adventured with your father. So I have many tales of their exploits, though the most important one to share is when they went to the Verge 15 years ago. They were chasing cultists after sacrificing one of their team members. They followed them all the way to the mountain fortress. They fought their way in but found a monster in its lair, some say it was an umbral dragon, others say its long scaled body was so immense they never saw a head or an end. Though whatever it may be the key to its end is the Serpent's Flame. A mythological weapon weilded by the leader of the Bear Clan. So we will likely need to make a stop at the Bear Clan."

Silver Crusade

Sir Issac takes Cyril's hand in greeting, He readily agrees, "Yes, you must know that we take up any chance to fight. Especially when the guildmaster requests a meeting. May we both continue to serve Avalon and the Forces of Good for many years to come! I am sure upon this adventure we will find evil to smite!"

Silver Crusade

He has changed out of his spiked heavy armor and wears a mithril shirt and a toga of sorts. He is still well armed a bandoleer of throwing daggers, bolas on his belt with several sheathed daggers and a longsword. His belt appears to have many pouches which likely hold many items to help him with battle.

Once the groups leave, do you request Arthur to leave as well?

Silver Crusade

His voice is echoing and tinny from his helmet and quickly pulls it off, "Since the guild will be taking half of the treasure, will we be given tax exemptions for this expedition as well as a wand of identify to help understand the magical items?"
