Sir Brian jumps up in the air, leaning sideways--
Athlerics: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14
--and clicks his heels together, making the spurs jingle!
Perform: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13

Before moving over to where he is beckoned.

Sir Brian smiles at his axe: "Blip!"

Sir Brian frowns when he is nicked on the leg by the scimitar.
Upset at having missed before, he takes a carefully step to help take Pink shoes down.
Thus, flanking with his new friend Old Dog, he tries to hit Pink--

Sir Brian does not understand what is going on-- there was a crowd, then there was no crowd.

But he does understand these oversized carrion crows are badly hurting his comrades.
He understands the one with a yellow bandana rushed up to him is going to try and hurt him so--

--if he can, he will blip him on the head!
Going for an AoO as Yellow moves into that last square (along the table to the corner) which is a move in Sir Brian's reach and can trigger his reaction

Slashing: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

When he sees that yellow bandana tried to slash Sir Brian, Sir Brian gets all red in the face:
"You wanna take me by the breeches
And then hurl me into ditches?!"
So he raises his battleaxe, and frowns as he thinks real hard - well, real hard for Sir Brian.
One of the crystals hanging from the battleaxe knobs dissipates-- and somehow empowers the axe!

As the strange phosphorescence glows strong, Sir Brian starts to shuffle his feet.
Some might call it dancing.
And he starts to sing:

And Sir Brian swing his axe--

Sir Brian is very upset and looks at his axe, shaking his shield at the used up crystal-- as the phosphorescence dissipates:
"I wanted to lay him down! Why you break my blipping axe?"

Probably not the best for untrained Lore with 8 Int, and I have no Occultism

Sir Brian knocks his back: "May we all have many heads to blip!"

Sir Brian attaches his spurs back onto his boots, and jingles all he can as he strides down into the shady part of a shady town.
He answers the rowdy song:

♫ We're armored fiends that uphold the law
And axemen without peer
We're Pathfinders who give folks pause
And mayhap they have somethin' to fear

We're genius in melee!
We boldly live but never die
And if you ask us,
We'll share our potpie!
Ha ha! Ting-ling! Rat-tat!

Perform, Trained: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15

Entering the tavern, Brian calls out:
"I am Sir Brian!" (Ting-ling!)
"And I'll take that!" (Rat-tat!)

He toasts Stella Fane and knocks the drink back--
Fortitude, Expert: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
--before licking his lips.
"I am no connoisseur... but is there not a fine aftertaste of old tar?"

Sir Brian then puts the bottle of Southern Squall onto the counter.
"Anyone care for a snort?"

"Yo ho ho! A bottle of rhum. Some old dragon turtle-- no, I mean the rhum, not my mother in law."

Sir Brian looks around to see who wants to take the Southern Squall, the lesser bravo's brew, and the cracked bottles.

Sir Brian mumbles and grumbles --"Bossin' me around just like grand'ma, and momma, and my big sistahs... should not have been bothered becoming a Knight at alll".

Arriving in the harbor, he leaps from the boat--
Athletics: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
--hopefully onto the wharf.

And poses, his axe resting on his shoulder: "Port No-Longer in Peril, Sir Brian is here!"

Sir Brian eyes Calisro, thinking of what other uses for his spurs she might have in mind: "Do you mean... there will be sea-horses?!"

You'll need to avoid drawing too much attention-- Sir Brian thinks about this too: "Discretion is my middle name, Sir Brian the Bold and Discreet!"

When it comes time, Sir Brian rapidly attaches his spurs back to his boots, with a glance at the Venture-captain, before jumping overboard, waving his axe: "Stella Fane, damsel in distress, Ting-ling!)
I come to save Thee! (Rat-tat!)"

Athletics: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10

Sir Brian thrashes and splashes, and if there is need to drag him with a rope, you will not be surprised he has very little dignity left anyhow.

Sir Brian will help, and save all, by slashing at the sand: "See, by digging a hole, the water goes down in instead of coming up!"

Finally, his head swimming with all that is happening, and so fast - but you believe his head might be swimming even when nothing happens, and so very slowly at that - Sir Brian leaps into the cramped vessel, and bows deep to kiss Hlar's hand: "Fair damsel, fear no longer, Sir Brian is here!"

When told to bag it up, he shrugs, mumbling that: "Lady sea captains never want me to speak..."
He pouts till they arrive.

I have at least 1 Glyph, so I will use it to give Mad Dog the salty swimmer a Hero Point!

Sir Brian, holding his spurs behind his back, looks up at the seagulls-- it seems he fears it is not sure they will make the difference between him and crab.

But then he smiles when Calisro talks of needing explorers--
"Aye, Captain! Sir Brian the Bold is ready to chart trade routes to the South... and even to the North!"
He waves his axe around, bopping imaginary seagulls on the head.

"A blockade? Chop-chop, Sir Brian the Beam-Cutter can get rid of it for you!"
He waves his axe up and down, slicing imaginary barricades.

Sir Brian eyes Old Dog warily: "This coffee is for the captain."

Then he moves off, glancing back at Serane: "I do not have much... but I think there's some old porridge left."

O-- is the silent shape Sir Brian's mouth makes... before he carefully removes his spurs, checking over his shoulder.
Then his shoulders slump as he shuffles away to get coffee.
"Eando Kline's lion..."

Strutting along between the swinging hammocks in the half-light of a ship's hold, his spurs rattling on his boots, a man calls out for all to hear:
"I am Sir Brian! Ting-ling!
"I am Sir Brian! Rat-tat!
"I am Sir Brian,
"As bold as an Eando Kline lion!"

Sir Brian swings his battleaxe, with great big knobs on, blipping the sleeping ones - gently - on the head:
"Wake up, and wake up, and wake up!"

As you rub your eyes, you see a human man— what?
A man?!
No, a knight!
A strong knight with a breastplate and a battered shield on which is painted the sign the Open Road.
A mighty knight wearing fine silk clothes befitting a mighty knight.
An intrepid knight with a pair of knightly boots with great big spurs on.
A powerful knight wielding a battleaxe with great big knobs on, and a couple fluorite crystals glowing with a strange phosphorescence attached to the handle.

He points to the port window:
"I am Sir Brian! Sper-lash!
"I am Sir Brian! Sper-losh!
"I am Sir Brian,
"As bold as an Eando Kline lion!
"Is anyone up for a wash?"
You realize that you are out to sea...
