Siph is a sorceress of the wilds, having lived in the river kingdoms for a number of years. Often referred to as the glowing witch of the woods by bandits, Siph's origins remain a mystery. What is known is that she spent a few seasons, living off the wilderness and acting as a guide on occasion, avoiding bandits and the more dangerous denizens or the river kingdoms. Everything changed a year ago, when she was captured by a group of bandits. Using her charms and mystic talents, she convinced them that she was more useful as one of them, than as a corpse, and so she spent the better part of a year with the bandits, until the opportunity to escape presented itself...in the form of Tristan, a Rostland Ranger who sought vengeance against bandits in the River Kingdoms. His timing was perfect, as most of the group was out, transferring to a new base, deeper in the wilds. When Tristan attacked, Siph loosed her magic, putting the closest bandit into a magic slumber. The battle was over quickly and the 2 left together. Owing Tristan a debt, having nowhere else to go, and having no love for bandits she agreed to join him and perhaps meet up with the group chartered to wipe out the bandits....
Siph is a good person, but she values her freedom and chafes at too many restrictions. That being said, she is lonely and secretly craves acceptance. When her guard is done, she is light hearted and fun to be around, even going so far as to make strong bonds of friendship.
Siph appears delicate, with her pale skin and thinness, but this only causes others to underestimate her. She has long white hair, with streaks of light blue throughout. The most telltale sign of her ancestry is the runic blue symbols that swirl about her body. Her eyes are light blue, like a clear sky, and depict her mood clearly. When especially emotional, a slight breeze can be detected, and when casting magic, her symbols seems to swirl and brighten.
