Touche touche...campaign won't last long enough for a lot of development.

Lol, sounds fun! Plays a sad song just before slicing your throat >.>

Loving all the suggestions. I've decided that they will encounter a Bard in the prison and he will stick around for a majority of the story :P

Yeah, I've considered that as well lol. Just am a bit worried on balance issues, but then again everything can be scaled appropriately.

Thank you for the input! I am actually still pretty intrigued on a Druid, but I can wait for when it's someone elses turn to DM lol. I'll try not to let my knowledg eof the future obscure the challenge.

So, the next campaign I'm going to play with friends, we only have two of our usual group coming in. (three including me) soo I'm going to have to DMPC more than likely. One is rolling a Sorcerer, the other a Monk. I'm a little bit confused at what to roll to match them. They want a bandaid but hmph.

Support Cleric
Battle-Cleric
Caster Druid (kind of interested)

If we are lucky, and extreemmeellyy lucky, we may be able to have our friend come by on their Anti-paladin but I doubt it.

Any opinions?

Ohh! I played KotOR! I almost forgot about the little gems the Xbox had! Anyway, I'm going to bed. Thank you for all the help, to everyone!

I'll definatly keep up my inquisitive nature intact. I guess knowing when to run is a decent ability to have...or when not to trust that something is going to wail on your platey.

With my new found power I will promise to preserve truth, justice, and the right to insomnia :')

Oh, I had no idea about any discounts lol. Guess I chose a good time to be interested! I already have a draft for a campaign written up, little excited :P

Thank you friendly Neighborhood Porkchop! I look forward to it ^^

At the risk of going off topic, little bit of both. Mostly PS2 and SNES RPG's...lotsa Shin Megami Tensei and FF6 x3 17 going on 3 age wise, fun times! I did play a lot of WoW too but the grind got to me.

Fast replies o.o shew! Thanks Steve! I'll take it into consideration.

Ohh, sounds fun! And glad I'm not interpreting it all wrong. Hopefully we will have something to do other than TCG's every Saturday .-.

Ok..I'm not exactly sure where to post this, so do please forgive me. I typically play a lot of fantasy RPG's, but lately I just can't find one that keeps me hooked and I decided to give tabletops a try with a few friends, the only problem being none of us have ever really tried anything without a controller in our hands lol.

I have read the rules a bit, and a little about GM'ing, and I am just curious to be honest about how everything works. I assume you just use the rules to make a campaign based on the game world right? As in, there isn't really any set path for you to adhere to? Just respond to the GM's story in the fashion your character would, is how i understand it.

I'm thinking about purchasing us the beginner box before we go ahead and buy a bunch of world settings, I just had to clarify all I've spent reading today. Thank you!
