I have this character, a lvl 5 halfling werefox. Only lvl 5, but you might consider the werefox part to make up for it.

Existing character so I'd need to double check your specific build requirements.

Halfling werefox
Sorceress (Learned sorcery), will be going into shadowdancer. She uses stealth and agility to avoid opponants and to go unnoticed when needed.

The Silver family were fugitives from another land, and came here to escape those who were trying to kill them. They helped the lord of badger clan during an assassination attempt while he was travelling. When asked they told the why they had travelled here, the lord appreciated their honesty and their help, so he let them join the clan. Eventually they married with some other families, after proving themselves as the fastest and best scouts and their history of odd but useful magics.
