About Silhren Rilbahn
Adopted at a young age, Silhren was whisked away from one of the various orphanages in the city at the center of the world. His father, Jestendrel lived and worked out of the Petal District crafting items that were magical in their origin. Silhren would move displays and help deliver products or bring items in to the shop for his father to work on.
When Silhren was not working, he could be found playing an ocarina, something he was quite good at. Jestendrel thought his son had found his calling, and sent him off to the Kitharhodian Academy where he would study to become a bard. Even though Silhren had the raw talent to perform, he was not as quick-witted as other students, so he left the academy and returned to Absalom where he discovered his father was getting into politics. One day, Silhren was out running errands and returning home when he noticed the door had been forced open on a day they were closed... quietly he stepped in and discovered his father fighting with someone who had concealed their identity. Grabbing the nearest weapon on display (which happened to be a glaive), he rushed the assassin and struck them. The attacker barely got away. A few weeks later, they had moved out of the city and to Lastwall.
More time has passed, and Silhren was now 19 years old. He was performing at an old fountain when an Elven woman approached him. She was a Paladin of Shelyn, The Eternal Rose, and began asking Silhren if he would be interested in learning about her faith. Silhren agreed and after training soon found himself among the ranks of Shelyn's faithful. After his training, he returned to Absalom where he joined the Pathfinder Society and now adventures to places near and far.
