I just added back my PF2E AP Subscription on Aug 2nd and expected SoT Book 1 to ship with my other subscription items for August. I still have not received notification of its shipping, is it delayed, or has not enough time passed for that specific order to be processed?

Hello,

I was curious if you had tracking on your side for order 36294603 package 2 for Troubles in Otari. I would just like to confirm that it was delivered.

This is an older order but due to holidays and life in general I basically stacked all of my Pathfinder material I received the latter half of the year and finally got time to start going through them. It seems that I have everything except my copy of Troubles in Otari. I would just like to confirm so that I can expand my search if it shows as delivered.

Hello,

I just noticed that my upcoming subscription order (Order 36424158 ) for Bestiary 3 is missing my Paizo Advantage discount. Looking back I did notice that I am also missing the discount off of my Ancestry Guide as well (Order 36370956 ).

I did make changes and reduced my subscriptions but I still have four active ( 3 PF and 1 SF), not including the society complimentary subscription.
