no, but i normally describe it as a cold place because it's pretty far north. in theory, you can have any type of weather and justify it as radiation, or tech mumbo jumbo.

Razmir is Jason Bulmahn's to play with, and until we get to a point where he's able to take a significant part in helping build an Adventure Path... there's likely not going to be a "Razmir is the big bad" in the Adventure Path line.

And since Jason's one of the busiest guys here... I wouldn't hold your breath for a Razmir AP.
