I realise that is a little clunky, but I do go before they do in round 2, so he should still be blind, right?

Mind you, if this *does* go sideways, Setesh will be perfectly happy to pound them to pulp.

Heading back inside, he lets out a whistle of appreciation.

"An honest to goodness animate mummy! And so well preserved! Impressive!"

I will need to take a closer look after this.

I would suggest that we each 'buy in' on another Wand of CLW.

For myself, I am on the look-out for a suit of magical full plate.

Question: Since we are selling for 50%, does that mean at the auction we are also *buying* at 50%?

@Leto: We have yet to split any loot since we visited the manor. I too feel your pain - being level 4 with approximately 1.6k of loot to my name feels wrong...

@GM Listener: How much less than the standard '50% of market value' can we expect to get for our items, so that we know how much we have to split?

@Leto: At present, the way we have been doing it, is people take what they can use, and then whatever is left is liquidated, and the resulting gold split between all party members.

Shaking off the effects of the creature's dance, Setesh steps up, and tries to bludgeon it to 'death'.

Thoughts:
Mostly, I think we are looking for a solid front-line fighter, who swings hard enough to consistently punch through the DR that multi-attackers (such as myself) have difficulty with.

Here are my thoughts on the current applicants:

Roet - Solidly built, reasonable DPS; we do already have a monk, though... Some potential.

Raltus - Solid cork, but not much of a damage-producer. Next!

Laufey - Hasn't been updated for this campaign, and doesn't have a back-story for the AP; has lower strength than Setesh. Next!

Thorfinn - Appears to be relying on multi-attacks. Next!

Kazgrin - Solid cork, okay-ish DPS. Has actually crafted a reasonable back-story. Some potential.

Khasem - Solidly built (although AC is a tad low). Strongly anti-undead (which should be good for this AP). Brief, but pertinent back-story. Probably the best thus far.
