Anyone ever had an alias disappear?

Joana, the posts are there under Igar. What a relief! Makes this much less of an issue for me.

Still concerned that an alias was deleted. The posts are what matters and that this does happen again in the future.

You create an alias as a character for gameplay. Being a GM, I create many. One account, many characters for PbP. Nothing out of the ordinary. Using the system as designed.

I would prefer not to bother customer support if it can be resolved here. There is no way to delete your own alias as far as I know, so it had to be a Piazo personnel that did this deletion. I know databases and this is not a glitch or anything like that. This is my alias. Yeah, I understand it is the worst possible time. Thank you for your response. I will hit them back once a week until I get a response. I do not not give up easily :-)

This was a manual deletion. Please correct it. Players cannot look back at the previous campaign's primary guy.

missed quarterly. 101 as well. Is this even the correct place to address my issue, or should I go to customer support?

Backup basics 101 is daily, weekly, monthly, annual. If paizo is 101, this should no prob. I am IT for 25 years. Offered you guys my service at no charge, Probably not the best decision on your part.

Went back for details on a prequel to our current campaign. An alias and all of his posts are missing. Is there a way to recover this?
