When he was a kid, Sebastian's human father was killed during a raid to capture a serial killer. As a member of the guard, Phillian was respected and loyal. That day, a lost arrow ended the father's career and started the son's story.
Sebastian was taken away by his elf mother to be raised by her family. The kid grew up looking up to his father, and when he was finally old enough to seek his own fortune he returned to Absalom and made its way until his studies and magical knacks awarded him a position in the Learned Guard.
But an opportunity has appeared to be transferred to a new unit, which would give him credit as a pioneer, a creator of traditions and, of course, a seasoned street cop. All to live up to his father's legacy.
Sebastian is a tall and slim guy. He usually covers his tell-tale ears with his long, black hair to avoid all the questioning about his heritage. His white skin quickly acquires a reddish tone when the sun caresses it, and he's got to constantly use his hand to protect his eyes. When not in his uniform, he likes to wear comfortable clothes, fit to move freely and use his bow, but with some cool touches that can tell him apart from the rest. He's tried several times to wear hats, which he finds elegant accessories, but he feels very uncomfortable with them
He's usually a kind guy, and he really wants to help people. His studies granted him with open-mindedness and a certain polite and well-learned speech. Sometimes, though, he goes a bit too far - many people don't really need grammar corrections, and his fellow guardsmen roll their eyes when he goes "actually...". They know he would run into a fire to save them, though, and thus they try to help him when he starts mumbling and overthinking, thoughts cluttered in his head causing analysis paralysis.
